We heard someone turn the doorknob of our room at 4:00 am. We felt uncomfortable and didn't get much sleep. That was one sleepless night in Dotonbori.

It was neat. Good for couple and small family.

The bed hurt our backs. There weren’t enough space to hang our clothes dry so we had to improvise and use the stools as well. The towels provided were hand towels only. We had to buy decent sized towels. People talking loudly outside can be heard, karaoke until morning but those did not bother us.

Love the location. It was near EVERYTHING and it was right inside Dotonbori and only a short walk to Namba Station.

No elevator so be prepared to carry your luggages up and down the stairs. Noise level at night as the alley below can get quite rowdy especially on weekend nights, prepare ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

There were some cockroaches I killed. It is very loud, all the time. Even ear plugs didn’t cancel the noise of people talking very loudly. If you are out partying, this might be the place for you, otherwise I think you will find it hard to sleep.

The room was very spacious. It had all the things you need to stay a few days, like some cook ware and small stove/microwave, kitchen sink, etc. the location is very convenient. You are basically at Dotonbori. Very spacious for a Japanese stay. Would be excellent for two people.

Can be loud at night as your on the second floor over a street that can be busy.

Nice place so closely located to Osaka’s famous running man. Two seperate single beds. Plenty of space. Staff were only contacted through the booking.com app but were very clear with instructions of how to access our room. 10min walk to train station.

Difficult to locate the street of the house, had to approach the shop staffs for help. Accessible only through stairs, so carrying up & down the lugg. might need to be careful. At night, if you are light sleeper, you may need ear plugs as you can hear people talking from below.

Spacious, clean & comfy. Good to have a washing machine, however, the half part of the cover keeps dropping out. Has hot/cold shower water and also aircon adjustable hot/cold air. Located beside the Vietnam shophouse. 5-10min to nearest station.

If you have a large luggage, the room location is a bit challenging since they only have stairs. You have to carry your luggage to move it up or down from your accommodation.

The location is near to Dotonbori and BIC camera which is very convenient for us.

Toilet is too small; no lift

Perfect location within Dotonbori. Few minutes walk to Glico sign; food trips, restaurants and shops are few steps away. Price is really cheap. Living room and bedroom are quite huge.

Sound proof is kinda bad, as it is located in busy streets and you can hear noises outside. So if you’re sensitive to sound, you’ll not be able to sleep soundly. Not perfectly clean but we managed.

Location’s great, near Dotonbori and busy streets. Spacious enought to open your luggages. Self Checkin/checkout procedure, we have no problem with it.

Some way to dry clothes after using the washer would have been nice. We could not find a drying rack or hangers, so we had to hang our clothes all over the bathroom.

The location was perfect for getting around to the train station, local places, and food. Very comfortable and convenient apartment. I will definitely look for the listing again next time I come to Osaka.

- Dirty walls, towels and some cups where not clean, dust on every surface and cockroaches - Thin walls so we could hear all the music and talks from neighbours throughout the night - Very small bathroom - Even though there was a washing machine in the room there were no washing powder or any place or equipment to dry clothes - Most plates and dishes were plastic and lacked forks and spoons

I would lower the cleaning fee that’s added to the total cost. The room can be cleaned up in less than 30 min. Just an idea.

The owner was response from beginning to end. The room was large enough for a family. I enjoyed the room and slept very well. I didn’t use the washer or kitchen but it was nice to have in case I needed them. The location was the absolute best. Everything was steps away; great food, shopping, drinks, subway stations.

It was such a great place to stay! The room is big in comparison to other hotel rooms, it also has a separate area for drying your clothes, a fridge and a microwave. The location is a 2 minute walk from the main street of Dotonbori.

The stairway is a bit narrow, making it tricky to haul our luggage up to the room, even though it's just on the first floor. But I totally get that this isn't something we can really change.

The hotel is just a quick 5 to 7-minute walk from Dotonbori and close to the train station. It was so nice to be able to stroll back home on foot after shopping late at Don Quijote. The host is absolutely wonderful—friendly and so accommodating. I can’t wait to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka!

It was the worst hotel we have ever been at. * The apartment has no windows, there is only a window with a wall. So there is no fresh air and it is stinky, no natural light * There was loud music all night long * The beds are very uncomfortable * We booked 45m² and got 25m²

The hostel is very very well located, you can reach anything within a few minutes. The staff was very friendly, helped us with our baggage and answered quickly on this platform.
