Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

SpainYou have to checkout at 10 and do the check-in at 14 every day, so even if you have more than one day booked you can never stay after 10. They have a place to stay during that time though. The sauna didn't have hot/cold bath.
The staff were friendly and the location was good. Also i booked it very lasy minute and the price was very cheap compared with anything else avaliable.

AustraliaThe reception was on level two via stairs which meant our luggage had to be manually carried up. The locker space was so small, if one patron decides to re-pack their luggage, it hindered the path to the three communal toilets at the end of the shared space. Very dusty! There should be at least two air purifiers per floor for so many occupants.
The sauna, though we didn't have the chance to actually use it, looked clean. All showers/sauna were upstairs, in separate floors for each gender which was accessible only by keys (security lock). Lockable lockers for each patron was a plus.

AustraliaI don’t think I understood that this capsule hotel isn’t really designed for staying more than one or two nights at most, you have to leave before ten am and can’t enter until the afternoon, there isn’t a lot of space for your things.
Great value for the location, the sauna was nice. The staff are friendly and it is clean. You’ll meet fun and interesting people staying there. Ebisu is a cool city.

Hong KongThe hotel uses a single lift. This means that when you are moving between floors, you are constantly waiting for it to return from a higher/lower floor, making getting down to the lobby a bit of an inconvience.
The service in the hotel was great. There were several members of staff there to assist us with check in and taxi booking (as we left early to the airport the following morning). The organisation in the place is fantastic - everyone is very clear on which floor to use for saunas, where men and women should be in terms of capsules, and storage was clear and fit for purpose.

JapanHaving to check out every day is a little inconvenient. Check out is at 10AM and clean up of my floor started at about 9:40 which made me feel rushed in an unpleasant way. You can leave all of your luggage and everything there, your bed doesn't change so don't worry about that!
The staff are super friendly, there are foreigners on staff and they were able to flex between Japanese and English flawlessly. The amenity bag was replete and the sauna was great!

United StatesI wish they dimmed the lights at night, you can't sleep without an eye mask. Pods are a bit stuffy, but the fan runs nice and quietly.
Great sauna facilities, the perfect end to a long day. Truly excellent location, just around the corner from the train station, but not disturbed by noise at night. Although there are 32 pods, most of the guests were very considerate and move carefully and quietly so as not to disturb others.

United StatesWe were glad we tried it, but it's not that comfortable--hot, noise, only a curtain covering the end of your capsule, no fan, no ac in the capsule. For 3 people, we could have found a hotel for a comparable price. For one person, it works out.
Clean, well run, not rowdy, all ages staying there.
