Is very close walking from Shibuya. 24hrs Open and you can leave your luggage during cleaning hours. The showers were amazing and the space enough. Towels and facilites were always clean

I liked the cleanliness of the hostel, the rooms and the bathroom. The amenity kit that was provided and was changed every day is amazing. Staff is very helpful and explains the rules of the hostel very well.

Really different experience for me, enjoyed the novelty of the pod. Luggage kept in a separate space but next door so easy to access. Showers and (naked!) saunas were on a different floor but there was a lift. It was a nice getting ready space and had good showers. The location is awesome! So easy to get places on the nearby train and there is a 7/11 opposite.

Noise at night. Someone always walks down the corridor at night making uncomfortable noises which kept me from sleeping. This facility should focus on “guests’ good sleep”. Should tighten rules on noise at night.

I wish the hotel had a small spa as only having cold showers after a sauna doesn't feel as comfortable. The 2pm check-in was nice but the 10am check-out felt a bit early (however, i know its standard in most capsule hotels in Japan).

The location of the hotel was ideal, easy to travel to Shibuya, Shinjuku etc. The design of the space (using timber and red painted metal/concrete) was really interesting and continued into the saunas, which was really nice. The staff were very understanding and helped to make things very comfortable, not to mention the ability to keep suitcases behind the counter after the 10am checkout or before the 2pm check-in. Overall, enjoyed this stay so much to where I want to experience more capsule hotels in Japan.

A few of the doors seem quite loud when opening and closing, however I didn’t notice them from my capsule half way down the room.

The capsules were quite spacious however just long enough for my height (165cm). Very clean facilities and the sauna was a great to use! Just a few minute walk from the train station and some great options for food and drink in the area.

I could hardly sleep during my stay. It felt Like 40 degrees in the capsule. No possibility to lower the Temperature. The Fan was not working. Also some people we're very loud in the early morning. Another Point is the Checkout. You have to Check Out every day until 10 am, No Matter how Long you are staying. You are only allowed to Return to the capsule at 2pm. Therefore i Had only about 3 hours of sleep every night which affected my vacation. Also one late night of going Out and drinking means Like almost No sleep because of a forced Check-out. Can Not recommend for vacation

I knew there was no laundry service in this facility before booking, it would have been brilliant and saved time if staff members were aware of nearby laundry services. This knowledge could be seen as an extended service that reflects the hotels exceptional standards for personal hygiene.

Before leaving Japan I wanted to experience sleeping in a capsule hotel. Do-c Ebisu made it a really nice and comfortable experience. I definitely recommend it!

Perhaps my view is biased as an American, but the bed itself was difficult to get comfortable in. The pillow was also unique in that it was comprised of hollow plastic beads instead of something like Foam or feathers. The entire length of the capsule is about 6 feet and my feet would often poke out or touch the cover so not super recommended for any tall people. (6ft and up)

I liked that the staff were attentive to anything I needed. Beds were always clean, facilities were always working and clean as well. The location was directly next to the train station so commuting in the morning was a breeze. Their simple check in and check out procedure was straightforward and simple to understand.

The timing. Even after booking for multiple days, I had to check in and check out every day. It doesn't make sense! After a New Year party, people come back to hostel to sleep and here we were worried about check out. I understand it was part of the cleaning process but still, this is not the hospitality I expected. You cannot check out people who are in for multiple days.
