The hotel is near to Asasuka line and KK line which is very convenient to Haneda Airport station. Just one train without any changing. There are 24 hour food cafes around the hotel which makes it easy for supper. I also like the washer/dryer in the room to facilitate easy washing.

Location was near Sengakuji station which was convenient to take train to Haneda or Narita airport. The rooms were spacious by Tokyo standards and the washer cum dryer in the room was very handy. Breakfast was good with a mix of Japanese and western food.

Firstly, cleaning only for towel change and rubbish collection. I would appreciate if they can do some basic house keeping like floor cleaning regarding we stayed 5 nights. It's better we can have more choice for the breakfast.

The room is clean and well equiped. Even a microwave and a washing machine is available. It is located just near the subway station so easy access for the tourist. The staff team is really nice and give all necessary support.

Unfortunately there is no wardrobe. Their wardrobe is an open concept type. Hence if you have any clothes that you wish to hang, it would be in the open. There is daily housekeeping that would help clean out your trash and replace your towels but if you need a thorough cleaning of your room, you need to pay. Late checkout is not available for free but you may leave your luggage there for them to keep. If you want late checkout, you have to pay (if i remember correctly) - JPY 2000 per hour per person.

The Room was really clean and big considering how generally hotels in Japan are small. We had 2 big luggages and only 1 can be opened at a time but there is still plenty of room to walk around despite one luggage being opened throughout our stay. We had a small seating area right beside our bed and a glass frosted window where my brother and I would usually eat together our Convenience store food at night. The toilet and shower is separated from each other. The bedroom was also separated from the toilet area by a sliding door so that was really good if you wish to have privacy from the bedroom and the toilet. Room came with a washing machine, detergent and an ironing board but for jeans that was stuck onto a wall (I believe it was meant to iron your pants). We had booked a Superior Twin Room which had 2 beds. Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner were provided in the hotel room. They had amenities provided on the reception lobby where Tea Bags, Coffee, Vanity Kit, Shower Sponge (you should definitely try using the sponge while you are there. It feels really awesome to use while washing your body), razor kit, toothbrush, etc.. Ice Machine is located outside. There are a few convenience stores nearby. The nearest is about maybe a 7 MIN walk while the rest are abit of a 15 MINS walk. Unfortunately there are no airport bus limousine that goes directly to the hotel from Narita Airport but you can take the train from Narita Airport directly to Sengakuji Station (preferably) or Takanawa Gateway Station. Hotel is like 3MINS walk from Sengakuji Station and around 7-10MINS walk from Takanawa Gateway Station (JR Line). Would recommend to take train directly to Sengakuji Station as it is difficult carrying big heavy luggage if you decide to go through Takanawa Gateway Station. The area is pretty quiet and it takes maybe about 30-45 MINS by JR Line to the popular station like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku Station. About 1 Hour by JR Line to Ikebukuro.

One of the wall plugs next to the bed didn't seem to work, but we made do with others around the room.

Washing machine and dining table in the bedroom were very useful. Friendly and helpful staff. Variety of toiletries available all the time. The bed was the comfiest out of all four hotels we stayed at.

Very near sengakuji station and walkable to takanawa gateway station, which brings you to most parts of Tokyo relatively quickly. It also has washing machine / dryer inside the room. Considering it’s Tokyo, the price and size of the hotel room is quite good.

Very good location -a few steps to the Sengakuli Station., Takanawa Gateway station, direct connection to Haneda airport. Washing machine/drier and microwave in the room. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful.

Not the hotel’s fault but the local area is a massive construction site with the redevelopment of Takanawa Gateway. Our room was quiet though.

Cleanliness was a bit lacking. Hotel is located next to a busy street and a large construction site. Both of these do not cause major inconveniences except for the early mornings - can be a bit noisy.

Convenient location - subway and JR stations very close. A few places to eat in the area, sufficient choice of convenience stores and supermarket in the 5-10 min radius. Friendly and helpful staff.
