Location is super convenient to approach JR Yamate line and Haneda Airport, even room is not big though. Every room is equipped washing machine, refrigerator and Belmuda electric pot which is convenient for visitors who plan to stay long in Tokyo. Quality absolutely worth the price. Highly recommended.

Please note that there is only limited cleaning in terms of emptying the bins and changing the towels. The full cleanup only happens every six days. That may or may not work for you depending on how long you are staying. No attached restaurant and the non convenience store food options in the area are limited. Lastly it's a bit far from your usual tokyo sights and sounds, but that's really not on the hotel itself. The subway is your friend here.

Room is decently spacious by Tokyo standards and quite comfortable. While the menu stays constant the breakfast is genuinely good Japanese food. Location is super easy to figure out and get to via public transport, makes all the difference when you're lugging around luggage. The metro station round the corner means you can get to almost anywhere without much walking.. Lastly, there's a washing machine and microwave in the room. This is an absolute boon for solo or longer term travellers as well as for light packers. The convenience stores are also right around the corner in case you feel like getting and heating up a late night meal.

Breakfast was ok, staff were fantastic. Rooms are very compact compared to what I'm used to, but that's Japan. The staff at reception were fabulous, especially one girl who helped me a translation app on the washing machine.

No view from the window. It was so close to the building next door. I love getting a clear view or some natural light in. Otherwise, everything was great.

The room was spacious for a single person and very clean. It was loaded with the amenities you need. Having a washer/dryer in the room was just a huge plus. I think every hotel needs to learn this from Tokyu Stay. The location is just too good, 2-3 minutes walking distance from the subway station and grocery store.

Wish they had more warm foods for breakfast.

Location is very good to access JR train as well as subways. It takes around 30 minutes train ride from Haneda airport to the hotel. 11 ~ 12-minute subway ride to Ginza area by subway. Hotel amenities are excellent. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the room. We could reduce number of clothing and personal hygiene items to pack in the suitcase.

There is a lot of construction in the area around the hotel though this does not affect the stay at all. Staff don't speak much English.

Room is good size and has washing machine and microwave. Very convenient. Size is decent by Tokyo standards --even has a reasonable size writing area. It is clean and comfortable. It is right next to a subway station which connects directly to Haneda.

Best hotel I stayed in. Room was huge when you think about standard Japanese hotel rooms. And it was very comfortable. Lots of light. Washing machine was inside the room. The bathroom was huge as well. Loved it!
