It's a super nice hotel, in the middle of everything, 15 minutes walking from station. Perfect destination for exploring Kanazawa.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the rooms are clean , they have a washer+dryer in every room. It's super close to the Gardens. The Omicho market is few steps away. It's roughly 20 Mins away from Kanazawa Station, but I enjoyed my walks to and from. You can always take an Uber to the station. I really enjoyed my stay in Kanazawa.

Bathroom flooring felt a little soft and lower than the rest of the room. Beds could also be firmer.

hotel check in staff were always super friendly. Hotel breakfast was also very delicious. Hotel Decor and lighting was both warm and welcoming.

Washing/ dryer in the room is both very helpful but annoying as we had a washing machine on our floor go till 2.00 am both nights we were there. Not highly annoying as the rooms are well insulated but you can hear each spin cycle. It as almost like staff were using one for towels maybe.

We booked a standard double room and it was quite large with a table and chairs and plenty of room for our luggage. The room was equipped with a microwave, washer/dryer, trouser press and a kitchenette. There was also a complimentary coffee machine in the reception area. All in all a wonderful experience and a great base for exploring Kanazawa!

Fantastic breakfast buffet, they had everything you could want for breakfast. Great location, walkable to castle, Kenrokuen gardens and the wonderful 21st Centrury Museum of Contemporary Art

When they say check in is from 3 pm, that's exactly what they mean. We arrived at 2:50 pm and had to wait for 10 minutes to check in even though there were no other guests in reception and the room was obviously ready. A small thing! Otherwise, this hotel was ideal for our 3 night stay.

This is an excellent hotel close to many tourist attractions, and about 20 minutes walk from the main station. Our room was large and comfortable and we particularly liked having a washing machine in the room. The bed and shower/bath were first rate.

The location was far from the train station, (at least 15 mins for walking). Fortunately, there were many buses that stopped near the hotel. I had some problems getting to the bus stop as it was raining heavily. There are few eateries nearby. I had to take a bus to the Kanazawa train station for dinner which had many good Japanese restaurants. You also had to pay for room cleaning services and to change the bedding.

The room was well equipped, including a washing machine. It was spacious and the bathroom had a medium sized bath tub. You could see the Japanese alps from the room.

The only minor thing was there was no room cleaning/service, even though we were there for three days. We could pay a fee if we wanted that. Towels were offered daily.

Location was great, close to the Samurai district and lots of restaurants. The room was large (we opted for the one with a washing machine and mini kitchen). The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Be forewarned, the kitchen is not really a kitchen, just a fridge with microwave and some plates/cutlery. Staff were very helpful when we needed to print material.
