Its location is perfect for exploring Kanazawa. And the room has a washing machine and dryer which is perfect for us after spending a bit of time on the road.

On a main bus route from/to station and various attractions, 5-10 mins walk to the main market and same through a lovely shrine to the castle and another 5 to the big gardens, close to several convenience stores. Bus stop only a few hundred metres away. Room was excellent, had washing machine and microwave. Staff friendly and helpful.

BelgiumThe breakfast was disappointing, I'm pretty flexible but slices of cooked beef and noodles aren't really for me for breakfast. Just a toaster and some bread and jam would have been nice.
The staff were wonderful, went out of their way to help. They were however unable to assist with cancelling a restaurant booking which needed to be done in Japanese, hotel policy apparently. They were embarrassed about this, it is a bit ridiculous! Washing machine in room is great, and they lend out hair straighteners, iron and board etc. Room was good size for Japan and comfortable.

Czech RepublicWindows cannot be opened and on TV there is only japanese TV. No Netflix or youtube available. After whole day raining if sou stay in the evening on the hotel it would be nice if you could watch something.
I like that room was quite big and there is table with chairs. Nice view drom the room.

The breakfast was predominantly Japanese, which is fine, but with limited options for those who prefer a continental style. The staff could improve their English proficiency.
Tokyu Stay Kanazawa is ideally located for exploring Kanazawa. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms. The staff are very kind and supportive.

The location is perfect. It's easily assessible via most buses from Kanazawa Station. The bus stop is just a few steps away from hotel entrance. You can also catch the loop buses to Kanazawa's major attractions from the same stop. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We also loved the in room washing machine and microwave. This is definitely one of the best hotel for our trip to Japan. They also provided luggage forwarding service to our next hotel, enabling us to travel without the hassle of dragging our big luggages.
