Absolutely loved this hotel. Such spacious rooms, the comfiest bed I’ve slept in so far in Japan and having the washing machine in our room was so convenient. Location was great for all the local parks and sights too. Can’t fault it!

We arrived with a car and suitcases, I don't understand why the hotel staff do not mentioned that I can reserve parking spot at the hotel, instead I had to leave the suitcases, to go to parking place,,,,,

Oner of the best designed rooms we have come across - spacious layout making the best of the room size. Amazing to have a washing machine in the room - especially as it was the middle two nights of our three week trip. Great location from which to explore Kanazawa - arguable the best location!

Easy access to train station, walking distance to Omicho Market, Kanazawa Castle and Samurai district; The room had great space and microwave and washing machine, which was great; cleaning was spotless; very comfortable room with everything you need; was really great that you hat complimentary coffee in the lobby;

Located between the station of Kanazawa and all the sights of Kanazawa. You just have to cross the street to start exploring this city. The room had a washing machine and an microwave. This made the room ideal for our stay in the middle of our trip. The staff helped us with sending our luggage to our next hotel. The breakfast was a good combination of Japanese and Western style.

It was an easy 20 minute walk from the train station with our suitcases on wheels. Even though it isn't that close to the station, the location was great - close to the castle, samurai district and fish market. We walked everywhere! The room was not very large, but very well set out and a great bathroom with a wonderful bath. The washing machine was also great! The room felt very new, modern and extremely clean. We also had a wonderful view out our window. It had been snowing! Brilliant value for money. We would definitely stay here again!

Short and low cost taxi ride from JR Kanazawa station. Easy walk to Omicho Market and Korinbo shopping, drinks and dinner. Walk through nearby Omiya Shrine for an atmospheric shortcut to the Castle, and then onwards to Higashi Chaya. There is a kombini nearby, but book the excellent breakfast if you arriving in the Winter to avoid stumbling through the slushy streets looking for breakfast. Washer/Dryer, Microwave and utensils in the room is a huge plus.

absolutely the room and location. It's in the main street with bus stop few steps away also surround by some interesting place like Kanazawa Castle, Omura House and Kenrokuen Garden. Room is spacious with bed and pillow is comfortable. Definitely will stay at this hotel whenever visit Kanazawa again.

it was all great. if I had to make one critique, I’d want to improve the breakfast a little. but even with that said, it was still enjoyable and convenient.

Hotel is extremely well equipped with everything you might need. Everything is exceptionally clean even by Japanese standards. Front desk staff speaks English and are all very professional. Wifi worked well enough to stream videos and never dropped connections. Location is close to castle, garden and market. great value for money too.

Clean, comfortable room with a great shower/bath. Free coffee available for guests in the lobby. A fairly large room for Japan standards. Great value.

Location was walking distance to the Kanazawa Castle and gardens. You need to catch a bus to other locations (but this is typical of Kanazawa). Restaurant options at the Kanazawa station were good and reasonably priced compared to around the hotel (but perhaps we needed to explore a bit more).

Comfortable large quiet room. I like the fact there is a washing machine & dryer in one in the room. The standard washing & drying cycle does take a long time so consider the quick wash. Hotel does baggage forwarding service.

At check out the staff were lovely but were not allowed to call us a taxi due to some restrictions on the main road. We were told we would have to hail our own taxi which proved difficult, so we just walked.

Good location in walking distance to many attractions such as the Omicho Markets. Quiet, comfortable and warm on a very wintery night. Chairs to sit and watch the snow fall. I wish we had stayed another night - we could have made use of the washing machine in the room.

The room was on the street side this time and although the insulation is great between rooms (all is calm and peaceful), the busy street can be heard and I had to use earplugs as I am a light sleeper.

It was my second time staying there and the hotel remains just as nice as the first time and extremely practical. Apart from coming from and going back to the train station, the hotel's situation allows us to walk everywhere if we feel like it. That's what I did and it was perfectly fine that way. Once again, I managed to be perched high up with a marvelous view and I loved it ! The room's cleanliness was impeccable also. And the shoe dryer came in handy for the snowy season.

Check in was 2pm and I arrived around midday. No early check in allowed. I returned at 1:30 and still no check in. This is a very Japanese thing tho. It has to be to the clock.

Smart hotel, well designed and great layout with free coffee/drinks in reception. Room had it's own washer/dryer which I should have used.

The combined washer/dryer could not dry clothes effectively. I had to dry with two complete cycles to get my clothes somewhat dry.
