Can't think of any. We'd definitely choose this hotel if we ever come here again. Ariake is pretty much out of the way from most places but hardly the hotel's fault.

We came back to the hotel after a two year lapse and we loved it for the location (close to Tokyo Big Sight for our exhibition) and two train stations literally minutes away for easy access into other locations in Tokyo. The rooms are big, modern, clean and very good value. There's a konbini downstairs too. One of the few hotels in Japan that provides extra pillows. The beds are comfortable, shower and bath bigger than most hotels in Japan. Recommended.

very clean and spacious room, fully equipped, I didn’t lack anything, beautiful view flexible late check in for a fair price very nice staff station just in front of the hotel 20 min easy walk to the liberty statue and unicorn gundam statue, and rainbow bridge 10/10

The only bad thing about this hotel is probably the location. It is not close to many restaurant and require long commute to many places.

The hotel room size is okay, small hallway to put my luggage in. But the view from 15 floors is amazing for sure. I really like the convenience stores right down stair at 1st floor. The hotel is connected to the Rinkai line and Yuri line? Pretty convenience as well. There are plenty of amenities available and the staff refill new one every time they clean the room.

We arrived at peak times and had to queue for more than half an hour at check-in. We had to shorten our stay by one night. Unfortunately, it was not possible to clarify this at the reception because of the lack of English knowledge of the employees. In the end, however, it worked without any problems using the chain's online reservation service.

Daiwa RoyThe Daiwa Roynet Hotel Tokyo Ariake is very well located for the Tokyo Exhibition Center and has relatively large rooms for Japanese standards. The facility is in very good condition. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

Was told that family rooms are all located on lower floor. Our room faced the metro exit, so we have to put down the curtains all the time.

Stayed in a family room, room size is acceptable for four people. The bathroom is generously sized. The toilet is separated and has it own sink, which is very convenient.

This hotel is right next to the train station. It is a very convenient place to stay at if you are planning to go to Tsukiji or Toyosu Market, Teamlab Borderless or Tokyo Disneyland. The hotel and rooms are very clean. there is a 7-11 convenience store at the ground floor where you can pick up snacks or drinks throughout the day and night.

A little dust here and there but not a problem because it's so dry in Japan.

Super clean, very nice and helpful staff We loved the laundry and the possibility to follow this on TV. The location is superb, next to two stations. Enough restaurants nearby. A money changing machine in the lobby. Very nice seating area here. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very efficient with a separate wet cell for a shower and bath and next to it a place to brush your teeth etc

Could get some noise at night with road traffic and from the AC ducts. As it is a business area, the coffee shops do close early, comparatively to those in the city.

Clean, well-sized room with good access to facilities (convenience stores and access to the metro system). Bathroom was great with a good shower, separate bath, and hot water, plus provision of bathroom toiletries. Like that you have the choice of whether to have your room made up or not.
