There are bbq restaurants nearby and the smell goes into the unit. Must remember to close the balcony door.

It is walking distance to shopping district and eateries. Like that the bathroom and toilet is separated. It also comes with a balcony.

I don't suggest to get room for 3 as there will be no more luggage space. We got 2 rooms, one for 2 and one for 3. The room for 2 is just right with luggage space but for 3 it is quite cramped so my kids had to store their luggage in our room for 2.

The location is less than 5 minutes away from Glico Man of Dotonbori. The hotel is very clean and everything functional. There was no staff to greet but everything is arranged efficiently from check in to check out with an efficient way to store luggage after 10am check out.

The noise from outside can be bothersome. Walls are not very soundproof either. The room had limited space and options for putting clothes and other items away. We had to lay out our luggage on the floor which worked but took away limited floor space as well. We were surprised when we first arrived and there was no water in the fridge. Family Mart was 15 seconds away though.

Location was very convenient. Room was clean and very functional. Bedding was very comfortable. Laundry machine was great to have. Laundry powder was also provided. Kitchen was convenient. Cutlery was provided as well as a pan and a pot. Heater/AC worked well. The bidet was a nice surprise. The toilet even had a faucet for handwashing after each flush. Help/staff were responsive (via text). The room was well stocked with toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponges, etc. We thought the price was great for this property.

There is literally no room for anything - bed is too low to put your bag under, no cupboard or drawers, and a grand total of 4 hooks to hang stuff on. Would be fine for a couple or a short stay, but was a stretch for 3 adults staying longer, doing laundry etc. If you need to cook your own meals there is not much equipment in the kitchen- no knife of any kind for example, but you can do the basics.

Very handy location - its in a busy and noisy location but we found the apartment quiet. Washing machine was great. Has everything you need for a short stay. Clean.

Overall was great. Would suggest to provide drinking water dispenser.

Excellent locations, ~6mins walk distance to at least 3 differents metro station, a min walk distance to taxi stations/family mart and it's in shopping district which we can back to hotel and go out anytime when necessary. Fast and few hours earlier checkin. Pillow and bed are comfortable. Room were clean and spacious than we expected.

Would love to have a dryer. Laundry takes ages to dry during cold weather. Found a laundromat (10 mins away from stay) so not a big issue. Noise from the nearby restaurants / night facilities for those staying in rooms facing the streets.

Close proximity to metro station (nippombashi), shopping (shinsaibashi-suji), dotonbori and kuromon market. Washing machine available in the unit. Hosts are very responsive (contactable through booking.com).

Towels are thin and only one thin pillow per person. Only one lift and takes ages. Quite hot in this room, even for November, aircon not like ours in Australia.

Our stay here was good, the room was spacious enough, has a washing machine, modern bathroom, mini kitchenette, large fridge and cook top. this hotel is not one that makes up your room daily, but we managed and there is spare towels if you ask the staff. nice little balcony and you can hang your clothes out to dry. one pillow each. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish wash liquid all provided. close to the main drag of Osaka, within walking distance.

Location is fantastic. But we stayed through Fri n Sat and there are a lot of shoutings and police sirens. A bit. Post at night. But other than that, everything is perfect.
