There was no place to hang bath towels or put clothes in the bathroom. Not enough hangers for one day worth of clothes for 3 individuals. No dryer and only one bath towel per person, hence didn’t dry fully when washed.

Perfect location within walking distance to dontombori, 7 eleven, family mart, lawson stores and within 6 mins walk to 2 train stations. Well sound proof walls. Easy check in and out. Lovely bathroom. Laundry available to wash clothes and hang them on the balcony.

- Only con I would say is that you are about a street or two away from a sort of seedy area. Lots of host clubs, tourist traps (in my opinion) and things of the like. You can always take alternate routes however and skip this area. Definitely not a deal breaker when booking this accomodation though, I would stay here again.

- The room was spacious, easily fit two suitcases open on the floor. - Apartment had good amenities eg fridge freezer, stove, hair dryer. The shower was very nice. -There is a convenience store pretty much right down stairs. - Your about a 10 minute walk from stations. -The bed and pillows were comfortable

That there’s no receptionist and hard to do luggage transfer. So take note of that. You won’t be able to do luggage transfer from hotel to apartment. Maybe other luggage transfers services might accommodate to it.

Fact that it’s super closed to the famous dotonbori street in Osaka. It’s like 5-6 mins walk away. Halal food can also be found near the apartment. Along the way to Dotonbori street. The apartment was the biggest compared to tokyo and kyoto hotels that i have stayed. It makes you feel like home. Highly recommended.

We dont like much the heater. Since its December & winter we are expecting the room temperature would be warm. The aircon (heater) if you turn it on to a heater after a while the blow heat will become colder. We were confused why. Room is not wide. Too small

Everything is perfect, the property has prepared everything we need (even the rubbish bag) for one week stay. It is so convenience that we visited the family mart (2 minutes away) literally everyday to replenish our snack, drinks etc.

The pillows could be bigger and softer but it’s not a big deal. Wish the bathroom had a rack or hanger for towels but again, this won’t deter us from staying here again.

The location is so good! Just a very short walk to Dotonbori from the hotel. It is also a very spacious room for a group of 4 and the bathroom is also very spacious and clean! We love it very much and would stay here again when we visit Osaka. Self check in and check out was also very easy and straightforward.

I was not able to stay at the hotel. To begin with the taxi couldn't find the address, on google maps it shows a different building and a different name. once my kids, wife and I arrived there was no one there to help with our reservation so we ended up booking a different hotel around the corner from there my kids were tired and I couldn't get in the building so we spent $100 for nothing. If someone could contact me regarding this please do so.

I believe the price may have been so good for us due to construction. The construction didn’t really bother us though. We could easily overlook it.

Very good value. Excellent location, great amenities such as toiletries, fantastic water pressure in the shower, comfortable beds, good size refrigerator and even had a stove! Granted, we never used it but still. Oh yeah, it had a washing machine too and then we hung our clothes to dry on the rack provided on the balcony.

It was very loud at night. There are many bars open late on the street and the walls are thin so you can hear loud people all night. It made it difficult to sleep.

There is a mouldy smell in the bathroom, even we turned on the ventilation the smell still didnt go off. Bathroom is quite small. Room is quite small too though it says it is for 4 person, we had problems opening up our 2 big suitcase. Check out time is as early as 10am. We asked if we can check out at 11am since we were still packing. The owner said they usually charge for late check out, but if we are willing to give 5 star review we can check out late for free. We wrapped up our packing and left in 15 mins. No way we are coming back here. And that also explained why I was a little disappointed when I see the real unit vs those mentioned in reviews.

The location is good, close to subwauy station. Check-in is easy, instruction will be given a day before arrival.

I stayed with my family. My parents liked the room here very much. It was fully equipped with all the daily necessities they wanted. The transportation is convenient. I will come again if I have the chance.
