The location is great, not far from the shopping area and the public parking as my family rented a car for the trip.

Location and service are awesome. Size of room is also adequate. The presence of the washing machine is also a thumbs up. However, since there is no clothes dryer, it will be better if pegs and more hangers are provided so that we can dry it at the balcony. Love how the toilet and bath are separated. But there is only a small mirror in the toilet. Will be good to have 1 full length mirror in the room. Also appreciate the kind gesture of letting us delay an hr of check out.

Best location for everything. We really enjoyed. Especially , so close to get the airport bus from this location.( 3min walk) Very easy to get to kansai International Airport.

Water heater not consistent i.e. sometimes not warm enough, washing machine has no dryer function + coupled with very cold weather temps between 4 - 8 Celsius our clothes didn't dry in time. In-room carpet can be cleaner

It wasn't the fault of the property, but some other guests kept ringing our intercom after midnight and then, around 2 am, people were talking loudly outside our door. I was relieved to find that it is possible to adjust the settings on the intercom to turn off the volume and suggest doing so before going to bed if you aren't expecting any visitors!

The location is very convenient, check-in and check-out were easy, the room was more spacious than we expected, the beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed and more! Having charging ports and light switches for the whole room next to the beds was very convenient, as was the drying function in the bathroom. Very modern! It was very clean, and staff responded promptly and helpfully to messages.

I liked how easy the check in\check out was. I really loved how the toilet was separate from the shower, much easier to get ready in the morning with the 3 of us. Small kitchenette with washer, no dryer, so keep that in mind. Pillows were a little flat, but it did the job. We had everything we need. Some noise and cigarette smoke did trickle in at night, but I am an extremely sensitive person.

The toilet sit was licking and the floor was all wet, the pillows were like rocks and so was the bed. It is in a really busy party street and there is a lot of men harassing women in the corners so not the best place for women.

a small matter but the room key was a little heavy to carry around due to the metal with the room number engravement being attached to the key

the room turned out to be bigger than we expected which was pleasant when we first entered the room. it was also well equipped with everything we needed (microwave, plates, cups, hangers) and the customer service was also always fast in responding whenever we texted them! we were able to request for extra pillows which the staff brought up within 15mins of asking, we weren't expecting this service as we thought there would be no staff around at all. the tv also had netflix and youtube which was nice to watch while we were resting or getting ready. overall, the stay was pleasant with cleanliness, location and price being good!
