If more instructions in English could be provided for how to use the washing machine and aircon it would be very useful.

The apartment has everything you'd need on a short or long stay. It's not very big but fits everything perfectly. Lovely bathroom with a separate shower room and a separate toilet. Everything works great and is in a very good condition.

Getting in at first was a trick, as I hadn’t found the pdf with the lock box code. But another lovely couple assisted us.

The location of the property was brilliant and perfect for visiting Dotombori and exploring Osaka.

Check in procedure is difficult. too many links and no centralised information. Motion censor lights at the front door is annoying as it can't be switched off. Imagine going to toilet late night and the whole lights up like christmas.

Cleanliness of the room, contactless check in & check out, and the location. It's near dotonburi , koromon market, and shinsaibashi shopping area. Accessible to the metro station as well.

No reception or staff when we were hoping to mail luggage. Not enough towels and no room service. No breakfast either

The location was perfect. This room was more spacious than our Tokyo room, and came with a washing machine and separate toilet room vs bathroom, and also had a full fridge and freezer. There was no reception or staff though, but they responded quickly when you message on the app. I’d stay again in the future.

The room looks all clean although felt a little itchy after sitting on sofa and leaning on bedboard.

Easy wallimg distance from station, and touristy areas many covenience stores around.

A very minor issue is that there is only 1 elevator for quite a busy hotel, so sometimes you might have to wait to go up or down.

Clean, comfortable and functional apartment/ hotel in the centre of Osaka, very convenient.

only 1 elevator for 12 floors of people to share. take a long time to wait for a ride self check in, didn't see a single staff at all. everyone can go in and out of the building, not very secure.

Great location, only 7 mins walk to Nagahoribashi metro station and Dontonbori. Like the big fridge and the coffee table in the room

Dusty. We noticed that the bed and floor were bit dusty, we sneezed quite a few times while we were staying here. We once left our balcony door open while we sleep and woke up in the middle of the night because there were drunk people yelling outside (we were at 12th floor). Also when you walk outside the apartment, there are instances where you will smell the fishy like smell that's probably from the resto-bar around. There was Zero staff all throughout our 4 days stay

So close to Dotonbori, shopping street and the train station! We like the fact that it has a Smart TV- my kids liked it as they can watch Youtube- unlike other hotels where Tv's are outdated. The toilet looks good and modern, they have a functional washing machine, microwave and a fridge in the room which we really like. The size of the room isn't too bad as well.

The location is near in Dotonbori and some convenience store. The room are okay and have ppliances that we can use in our stay.

Check in time is 4pm, it would have been great if it was at 2 or 3. The one thing I would have hoped was to provide soap with the washer and an indoor rack to dry the clothes as it rains a lot outside, that would have helped a lot. Other than that everything else was great.

The property was really good and had almost everything you’d need. (Please be careful as there are many Apt Hotel 11s in the area so I ended up going to a different one and wasted time, follow the location in the in App messages not on Google) They gave me late checkout for free which was very convenient.
