Just the room size being very tight and small-no where to put luggage, though total value for the location and one night.

The hotel has a great location! It's a 5 min walk from the Limousine Airport Bus Station. 3 min if you catch the crosswalk lights. There are shops, a post office, restaurants and more at the Bus Station. Ton of options. There is a convenience store on the corner and the river is down the street. You can take a beautiful walk along the river or cross over for more restaurants, hole in the wall bakeries, and shops. The Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful! Wonderful staff. The room is clean and modern though extremely small and tight. We only needed a night and it was comfortable and perfect location before heading to the airport. Even included a complimentary non-alcoholic drink. If staying longer splurge for more space.

Room are dark and tiny. No natural light as the house next door is just next to the windows. Furniture is old and the dark colors make the room depressing. Will be er go here again.

It was such a small room. Thankfully we only stayed for one night before catching an early flight, but the room is tiny. We had to put our suitcases against the door just so we had space to walk to the bathroom. There were only 4 hangers hanging on two hooks on the wall. No other storage space at all. Also some stains on the carpet and bed blanket.

Staff were great and helpful. Shower was powerful and the bathroom areas were clean.

The hotel itself is decent, it is a bit far from the main tourist areas like Shibuya and its a bit of walk from the station (7 minutes). If you are a traveller I would recommend finding a hotel closer to the station and tourist areas. The room is very very small.

Breakfast was poor choices. Tiny rooms. But the worst part was when the fire alarm went off at midnight telling us that there was a fire. No fire. That night I didn’t sleep. We found another hotel the next day but they wouldn’t refund the final night even though we didn’t sleep there or use the room stall.

Bed and bathroom was full of long brown hairs when we arrived. On the first day we didn’t get anything for breakfast as we could only go downstairs at 9.30. Both very inconvenient after a long flight and occupying our room in the middle of the night.

Rooms are small but its a common living in Tokyo especially in the quiet

Close to City Terminal & few train stations. Also close to bridge & Sumida river. Quiet & safe neighbourhood. 24 hours supermarket nearby

A bit of a walk to train stations. Small rooms, the beds and pillows were hard so very uncomfortable sleep. The pillows were buckwheat filled and were very high and too firm, most of the travellers slept without or used a towel or jumper as a pillow.

Loveee the size of the room for a solo traveler. Bed is comfy. Private bathroom is clean. I also love that across my room is the laundy area. The buffet breakfast is good. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Pro Tip: In Suigentumae Station, search for exit 1a or b BUT DO NOT EXIT there. Exit at TCAT escalator specially if you have big luggages. Walk straight and look for Hamochi exit. Cross the street and you will see Lawson. It will take you less than 7mins to reach the hotel. If you have flights to/from Narita or Haneda, this hotel is ideal for you so you can take the airport limousine.

It was dirty and old. This place does not deserve even 3 stars.

The staff was friendly. They were not able to help much with tourist information, but they tried their best.

My only thing is the carpets in the room needed a good clean, but something had to give for the price per night, everything else was spotless and well cleaned.

Lovely staff, free token for coffee was a nice touch, excellent value for money. Right next to the T-Cat - Bus terminal to go to Haneda and Narita airport. Excellent location if you're looking to finish your Japan trip in Tokyo. Close to some of the subway lines so easy to get around.

Smell weird, I have to keep the air cleaner on. The bleach smell in water is strong.
