Nothing comes to mind in particular. It would be nice to have a better dining option within the hotel but it is fine because it is near to a street full of restaurants.

The location is excellent, it is very near multiple stations. All major parts of Tokyo are within 10-20 minutes of train ride. The room is exactly as advertised, small but manageable.

Hotel was great! Small but beautiful rooms with everything you need. Staff spoke English so communication was easy. Had a great stay! Would not recommend to bring more than 2 large suitcases as the room we had might be too small for more.

We arrived a bit earlier than we had planned, about 50mins before checking in time. You have 2 options: leave your luggage in the lobby where everyone walks around it (probably its safe but we would take the risk) and then wants to check in at the same time, or pay an extra 1000yen so they could check if the room was already available for early (50 mins) check-in - which was the case. We have never seen before that this was billed and think it should be included in the service, as it would help them as well to prevent waiting time with everyone who did left their luggage checking in at the same time.

the rooms are small but tidy and the interior design is nice. The bed was large.

The cleaning crew made some mistakes now and then. We did not use many of the felicities, but the washing machines was almost always busy and when I got the chance to use it the clothing was wet after drying. Was also staying in the room next to the washing room. So we could hear people running in and out from the washing room very often. Probability a bit expensive for what we needed. The breakfast was subpar.

Rooms small, but very comfy, provided everything we needed. Onsen was amazing after a day exploring Tokyo! Breakfast was great, too, a mixture of Western and Japanese cuisine. Staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, even helped us sending our luggage to Kyoto.

small room, no where to hang your clothes, just few racks on the wall, there is a windows - but nothing to see through - have to use the light even in the daylight

The staff, very nice and helpful, we messed up the booking and had 2 rooms for the same night, they were kind enough to cancel for free the extra one. The onsen, open till late night, it's perfect after a long day of walking around tokyo The location, close to the station with a lot of food option in the area

The room of 2 single beds was a bit small, but apparently this is the case in Japan.

Really polite and friendly staff, the facilities were quite modern, and it was located in a very central and lively neighbourhood, 5 mins from metro station.

Their rooms are very small - but this is okay. They are very well appointed and there are a variety of convenient services and rentals available on sight. the open baths on the 9th floor are great!

The shower curtain was a little smelly and needed to be changed. This is probably due to low ventilation in a very small room. Other than this the room was fine.

Convenient location on a street with plenty of restaurants. Staff were very helpful and overall the room was quite comfortable.

Small rooms by European standards. Ventilation could be better. There is an AC, but we never made friends. You can also open the window, but only to the cacophony of ACs humming outside.

The rooms were clean and fresh. Breakfast was ok. They have an area outside the breakfast area with a fantastic potential, but it seems to be neglected. the spa was nice and the staff got along well with our toddler.
