The breakfast could have been improved. It was simply two slices of toast with some salad. It wasn't the most filling, but that's all I can fault about the stay here.

Everything went smoothly with my stay. The room was ideal with more space than typical for a single room. The room was on a corner of the hotel and had beautiful views from three windows over two rivers and some cherry blossom. It is conveniently located near the train station and almost half way between the main city centre and train station. I enjoyed my conversations with one of the cleaners, whose son was soon to start university. It was great value compared with other hotels I stayed with across Japan.

The room is really, really tight. But I had a great view from the room - so that made up for the tight space.

Staff was at first very inflexible but later they relented and let me check in earlier, so I can put my things down, rest a little and then go explore Hiroshima. They made it possible to check in easily as I had a problem with my card. They even gave me a wonderful view from my window !!! I love it.

The heating/cooling for the entire building is centrally controlled. We stayed in the spring when it was about 60 degrees outside which is enough for them to still be running the heat. My husband and I like it a bit cool at night so they gave us a small portable AC unit which I appreciated. It didn’t do much though it was a kind accomodation.

Room was clean, building was nice. Location was just ok. Still usually had to walk 10-15 minutes from our stations.

Rooms are very small but we expected this from reading previous reviews. Bathroom wasn’t modern but still did everything it needed to.

Great location, approx 10min walk from Hiroshima Station and 25min walk to Peace Park. Room had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay, and hotel kindly held our luggage after check out.

I used the laundry facilities which could do with a better dryer as it took forever for my clothes to dry compared to other dryers I've used.

Staff were friendly and helpful, it was fairly close to both the train station and the shops. A little walking is required but not much.

Fabulous little hotel approximately 10 mins walk from train station. Spotlessly clean and quiet. (The doors are fitted with silent door closers so no slamming of doors 24/7 - my pet peeve). Bathroom had a small bath, ideal for soaking after a cold day. There is a tv but no English channels. Fridge was also useful. Room was cleaned every day without asking.

Very good location, very close to the train station, many good restaurants and groceries store close to the hotel. Very silent and with a good view. I liked a lot the kimono-pigiama that they have. Good value overall.

The cooling/heating system was centralized so you can not adjust the temperature to your liking. I had to open the window slightly to let cool air in

The entrance has 4 steps and no ramp at the entrance (not a big deal, just important if u carry big luggage).

Great location, around 10 min from Hiroshima station. Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. There's a family mart next door. Shukkei-en garden is aroung 5 min within walking distance.

Got a room at the end of the hall, so the window faced the Main Street. The problem with this is, the window is closed but not sealed shut for noise. You will hear street sounds and those public announcements they make.

A five minute walk from Hiroshima Station. Clean room and bathroom (although there was black in the rout) the ventilation might be weak. Room would have been more spacious if they didn’t put the desk along the corner. Breakfast was simple but delicious

Bathroom decor was fragile. I was worried everything would break. Limited space, as expected. My husband had to bring his luggage up on top of the shelf above the coffee cabinet. However, it was what you paid for.

It was not too far to the station. Luckily, we got a room with the river view. Breakfast in the cafe was good.
