Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

AustraliaThe reception/check in process was alittle slow due to an extensive process, although at no fault to the staff as they were obviously following procedure and they were very friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond to translate but having experienced many other hotels in Japan the check in was slow in comparison. However overall it was a great hotel, close to 2 metro lines walking distance to popular locations like Nishiki market and the room itself was very nice with a large bathroom.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The amenities were also quite nice as is standard in Japan. The room was as they described it in the options and pictures. The hotel is located at walking distance from train and subway stations which is very handy.
