Close to the Umeda Station and also fairly close to the Osaka main Station. Eateries and convenient stores around, and also there is a washlet in the bathroom.

However I lost in the stations and the connections between the stations. (There're at least 3 JR & subway stations around there)
There are so many restaurants around hotel. The size of the room is typical Japanese hotel room size so it may be a bit small for foreigners. They provide drinkable water (hot and cold) with a water dispenser on each floor.

The staff members were quite friendly and attentive! Forgot to book a taxi for my morning flight, but the staff who was at the desk at the moment helped me out with it right away.

There was accumulated dust on walls and vents, and there were hairs on the bathroom ceiling. One of the dimmable lamps in the room was rather unstable and would turn off and on at random times.
Good location, decent size room and bathroom. The bed only had one pillow per person and only one duvet, and our first impression was that it would be really uncomfortable, but we slept surprisingly well.

This was especially apparent when I travelled there in the relatively warm summer in September 2023. The lifts may take some time during busy hours.
Excellent value for money hotel, and very cosy and clean room. Despite the small size of the room, it was well designed to provide what I required for a comfortable stay. Iron and board provided in room.
