Initially I was on the side of the hotel where train tracks passed nearby. this was changed without any problems.

The property was a short walk from the station. I stayed on the ‘ladies floor’ which was comfortable and quiet. there was a small lounge where you could make tea and coffee. The room was very clean. The hotel provided a nice breakfast and the restaurant did some nice vegetarian meals. Staff were helpful and assisted me on forwarding luggage to airport.

if you are a very light sleeper, please note that the hotel rooms are on the train lines but the room is sound proof. if you have a lot of problems sleeping and need maximum silence then I wouldn’t recommend this place, otherwise it’s fine

just went here with my best friend for two nights, the hotel is a business hotel with basic rooms but with all the necessities available. Very clean and beds really comfortable. this is a very good hotel if you are looking for a normal stay, position is excellent.

strategic location from osaka station, umeda station, and airport limousine bus (new hankyu hotel) but if you are first time in osaka station is very confusing to find the way to the hotel, near the hotel many restaurants and shopping area, also very close to blue bottle coffee (open in the morning)

Initially, i thought the room was dusty could be due to the room was left vacant however, with the daily cleaning request, the room (mainly toilet area) was dusty. The wall of the toilet, the tissue box all were dusty throughout during my one week stay. The cleaner also do not wash the cups for you. As there are only 2 lifts in this hotel, the wait can be long.

Definitely the ladies floor was a plus. One of the key reason why i choose this hotel is the short walk to the airport limo bus stop to get to the airport. As this was my final leg of the trip and my luggages will be very heavy.

Room was a bit small for 2. Also, all double rooms face the train rails so if you're a bit sensible to sound while you sleep, bring your earplugs.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. A bit difficult to communicate in English. Room was clean with everything you need. Bathroom also good. Location is perfect, 5 minutes by foot from Osaka station. You have everything you can dream of around
