As it's near railway, I could hear the sound of trains even though I stayed on high floor. but it's fine compared to the convenience you get.

It's really near Shin Osaka station, easy to go around. The room was compact and clean. The bathroom was also clean. Value the money.

I am nitpicking a little but would be great if the hotel have a small weight/threadmill room.

Location was near a metro station and within walking distance from JR / Shinkansen station. No lack of eateries and convenience stores around the hotel. The train station has an attached underground shopping mall as well. Hotel is clean and has an attached Japanese restaurant that serves discounted breakfast for hotel guests. Air-conditioning is responsive to heating/cooling and has no weird smell. Staff is adequately conversational in English. Microwave, vending machine and laundry available at the lobby.

The neighbourhood it's in is not very exciting and you are right by the train tracks so you can hear and feel the trains passing.

The good thing about it is how close it is to Shin Osaka station. I also liked how there was unlimited fresh water to drink even though you had to get out of your room to get it.

Close to metro exit gate 7 so it is in a great location. It has helpful staff and a coin laundromat. There is a decent and good restaurant on the first floor.

coin laundry the 2 in 1 with heater is bad. tend to have odour after washing. slipper is so bad at times cannot slip in your foot. lift is horribly slow. one need to check out 15 mins earlier than usual

It appeared there was some blood staining on my comforter. Could have been anything and honestly didn't affect the quality of the hotel. Just was a bit odd to see. Also the combo washer dryer did not work very well as a dryer.

The izakayas under the hotel are awesome. The location is amazing. The rooms are well furnished. The ease of use is amazing.

Hotel sticks strictly to check-in time of 2.00pm. Don't even bother trying to ask for early check-in! Also, pillows were really small and hotel was a bit sticky when asking for more pillows.....

Very convenient, next to Shin-Osaka station but beware of steps to the station! A few shops nearby for excellent ramen and shabu-shabu! Convenience stores also just downstairs!

Convenient location next to Shin-Osaka. Great place to stay if you're traveling on an early or late bullet train. Clean and comfortable.

The room was quite tiny, but then, we weren't really doing anything in there except sleeping. They provided two button-down robes, presumably for after showering - which is already more than we expect - but regrettably both were too small for my wife and I (and we're not even especially large people, I swear!). Perhaps a tie-front style robe would be more applicable for "all sizes".

Tiny room with a very comfortable mattress. After a long travel, we were able to sleep very well, and then easily walk to the station in the morning to catch a shinkansen. Also, although we arrived to early in the day to check in, the front desk held our luggage for us free of so we could go out and about. Really friendly, helpful service.

It was a bit hard to find as we did not know which exit to use from the train station. We found the tourist information desk in the train station and they directed us which was very nice.

despite its a non smoking room there’s still slight smell of it. the cushion provided in the room smells like it’s from a smoking room which I had to remove it and leave it on the floor overnight

the laundry failed me. There were 2 washing machines both with dryers. none of the dryers work. I paid for 4 rounds of drying of 30 minutes / ¥100 each. My small load of washing was not dried after 4 rounds

the location is great. the beddings and towels were really clean.
