NetherlandsHotels in Japan are small but this kinda takes the cake. Barely any space to stand next to your bed. No place to open the suitcase other than on the bed, one by one.
I liked the theme of the hotel. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The bus stop to Disney very nearby.

Our Disney themed room was a treat for the kids. Location for Disneyland/Sea was convenient. Very near the bus stop to Disney or taking a taxi too wasn't too expensive as well.

We arrived in the morning and left our luggages in the storage and went to Odaiba. It was only few bus stops away from Maihama station where you go for Disneyland and Disneysea. Maihama station is also JR station so we could get assistance to book our first Shinkansen ride. Bus stops is only few metres from hotel. There is Lawson, Family Mart and McDonalds nearby. They have coin operated clothes washing machine and dryer. They also provide pyjamas. Would recommend if you are going to Disneyland or Disneysea as it is cheaper compare to Disney hotels, but don't expect bigger space. The hotel can help with shipping your luggages to other hotels in other city.

Traveling with 2 adult and 2 kids (9&12yo), we had 3 queen bed enough for 4 of us, toilet was clean and bed and pillow was comfortable. Kids love to stay on bunk bed on top, while me and my husband have each bed that is the main comfort :). bed We stay 3 night we arrive late at night before 12, from the Haneda airport straight to Urayasu station and then bus. By bus to Disneyland / Disney sea only 21 min , bus stop just in front of the hotel. This hotel have a bit of character Disney. Nice and quiet area, family store just next door

Check out time is at 1000, going beyond will mean an extra charge per hour. No telephone in the room, limited electrical plugs but staff are accomodating and helpful.
