ItalyVery far from the station and if you're traveling with luggages and arrive late at night, it would be inconvenient due to the bus schedule. You can use taxi but it's going to be quite expensive.
The place was near restaurants, we had many options (like Starbucks and Sagami). The view was nice, we could see Mount Fuji from our room. Very traditional Japanese room.

CanadaYou can experience traditional japanese sleep dwelling. We love the tatami mats and the simple clean look of the place. You can look out the windows and see Mt. Fuji! It is also close to numerous restaurants. We love that Denny's was just across the road.

JapanThe security wasn’t so high. We arrived after 7:30pm and they told us the room key was in the lockbox next to the room. It was there, but the lockbox wasn’t locked 🔒 Thankfully we live in a safe country but a little unsafe.

SingaporeThe futons were too thin for our comfort. The 3rd futon layout is problematic, as it hits against the small fridge, making the space feel cramped. Might want to consider relocate the mini fridge to fit 3 futon perfectly. The parking area can be confusing to navigate, as there are no clear signs indicating where to enter.
Great view of Mt. Fuji from the windows. The room was clean and has big closet. Easy check-in/check-out process. Elevator available for convenience.

CanadaOther than taxi, the area doesn't have Uber nor DiDi. I can not open a GO account because I don't have a local number. I don't know any other way to get to the hotel other than taxi and walking.
The staffs are very helpful. I was able to add them on WhatsApp and asked for help. They responded immediately. They helped me order a taxi too. The surrounding area has different restaurants to visit too. It is in walking distance to the convenience store. My room can see clearly the Mount Fuji. You get to experience how the local live, very traditional, very Japanese.

I only stayed here for one night but I really enjoyed my stay. While the hotel is older, everything is clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English well. There’s lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance to the hotel. My room had an incredible view of Mt. Fuji that I will forever remember waking up to!

We could check in earlier than 3 and the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean with an amazing view of mt Fuji. So far, out of the 7 hotels we stayed at in Japan, this was the best :) It's definitely a great place to stay :)
