There was time restrictions on public bathing area, certain times you can be in there. And their is an etiquette you must do before. I wanted to know if it was super traditional means your down to birthday suit or if ur in a bathing suit. But there is a male and female bathing areas and they give you uniforms/pjs to go to the bathing floor. Also if u go to the TV and look at the public bathing areas it will tell ya if it’s crowded or anybody is there. Oh the bathroom is interesting it’s like a plastic dome. It was interesting and different but still good.

I loved the view on the 8th floor looking out at the MT Fuji. The breakfast buffet it’s worth it. It was supper yummy, they do serve very similar things each time there’s some food that are more staples/common. The quality is amazing, and the dinning area you can see the mountains if you time it perfectly you get a view and good food with no wait. The super twins are big enough for two people and pushed together they look like a western size king bed, just be careful of the middle between the beds you can fall in :). The staff were amazing, I’m just thankful that staff was able to speak English it maybe broken English or incomplete by some foreigners standards it’s enough to get the point across. It’s still great because I have only learned a few words from the Japanese language and some of it isn’t easy. I respect those that try speak English when I should try speak their native language. Personal opinion. Also there is souvenir items that they sell at the front desk might I say the glasses are worth it. The town has plenty of food to go try and explore as well. Also if taking the train get a green car ticket makes the trip smoother.

You will see the Mount Fuji that is a really nice view. Especailly they have very beautiful glass cups in the room. The location is pretty good. This is a perfect hotel for travelling. Love it.

There seems to be a lot of international travelers staying at the hotel, wish the hotel could put in some bilingual staff at the front desk.

The hotel is right next to Mishima train station. You get a nice view of Mt Fuji from rooms facing Fuji. You also get to view Fuji from the public bath on 14th floor.

Everything was good, just a bit more expensive than other hotels we stayed for similar service, comfort, location and room size.

The hotel is located right next to Mishima Station, so it's very convenient. The room was spacious and we could see Mt Fuji from our room window.

Amazing view from our hotel room. Breakfast had various buffet items, but noticed they did not change the next day, but there are plenty of other options close by to grab food. Overall, amazing stay!

Bath room , it is shower over the bathtub , however they got nice public onsen upstairs which is super nice 😊.

The room size is generous, compare to other similar hotel chain , I can see Mt.Fuji from my room , it was amazing 🤩 the Onsen pools are nice and clean , the laundry room is super clean. The breakfast also nice 👍, I will definitely stay there again !

Everything is first rate! I messed up the thermostat in my room, MY Error, and staff arrived in 3 minutes to correct it. Amazing! Nice rooftop baths, ant the hotel is clean and quiet everywhere. Breakfast buffet is awesome too.

The beds were a bit too soft for our taste. Huge difference with all the harder beds in Japan.

The location is great, very close the train station. The rooms and the views from them are beautiful. The seating area at the window was a great reading spot.

It is LITERALLY beside the station, but still amazingly quiet! Our whole experience was wonderful, the staff are super nice, the rooms are speckless, I love how they had a little sofa by the window, it's so lovely. The outdoor bath is well maintained and very clean, I would love to stay here again :)
