ChinaYou will see the Mount Fuji that is a really nice view. Especailly they have very beautiful glass cups in the room. The location is pretty good. This is a perfect hotel for travelling. Love it.

United StatesThere seems to be a lot of international travelers staying at the hotel, wish the hotel could put in some bilingual staff at the front desk.
The hotel is right next to Mishima train station. You get a nice view of Mt Fuji from rooms facing Fuji. You also get to view Fuji from the public bath on 14th floor.

The hotel is located right next to Mishima Station, so it's very convenient. The room was spacious and we could see Mt Fuji from our room window.

The room size is generous, compare to other similar hotel chain , I can see Mt.Fuji from my room , it was amazing 🤩 the Onsen pools are nice and clean , the laundry room is super clean. The breakfast also nice 👍, I will definitely stay there again !

Everything is first rate! I messed up the thermostat in my room, MY Error, and staff arrived in 3 minutes to correct it. Amazing! Nice rooftop baths, ant the hotel is clean and quiet everywhere. Breakfast buffet is awesome too.

Our whole experience was wonderful, the staff are super nice, the rooms are speckless, I love how they had a little sofa by the window, it's so lovely. The outdoor bath is well maintained and very clean, I would love to stay here again :)
