At 8 am, while we were still in the room, someone came and opened the door to the tent quite loudly and left it open without saying anything. I don't know if they were a cleaning person who thought the tent was empty or what but they left and didn't say a word

Overall amazing value for the money we got a sale and paid 18000 yen. Location and view of Mt fuji was beautiful

The curtains were a little stubborn to move, I worried I might break them, they could use a small improvement, but overall a really cool and interesting, unique experience.

The cleanliness really needs to be improved. It was really gross that our bed had no mattress cover and one poorly fitting sheet. The sheet kept coming off so we were just sleeping on the bare mattress which has stains and was covered in someone else’s hair. The curtains covering the ceiling were broken in places so it got bright at sunrise (5:30).

It’s a very interesting location and a cool concept. The staff were friendly although they don’t seem to speak English, so people who don’t speak Japanese should be aware. It’s a great view of Mt Fuji. The BBQ was cool. You really need a car though.

There were bugs in the room. The bed was comfortable but had these large ends pieces. The room felt cramped. The lights, when in booked I must have missed all the domes lit up. I didn’t care for so many lights.

We are not really picky, but 3 facts made me question the deep cleanliness of the place: We found previous clients food package under the bed. We took a look over the shower room and the place was fool of dust and even a piece of bedding there, also as soon as we turn on the shower, the water wouldn't drain, so once I remove the cap, the drain was fool of hair from previous clients. But over all the place and beddings was very clean and tidy!

The place was exactly as expected by the photos ! Seemed very organized and they had all amenities and tools we needed!! Also a free ice cream!!

The fabric of the dome curtain had a very strong smell that gave me a headache so I wasn't able to sleep well. I wished they opened the windows for a couple of hours before we arrived so the airflow inside to release the smell.

There's a bathroom with a shower inside the dome. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent!

Location. Oh man, that is a problem if you relies on bus to ride between thia hotel and the city. Need to rush breakfast to not loose the 9:01 bus. And need to come back by 5pm, its the last bus that covers the road for that hotel. So sad, so annoying.

Toilet and shower was a bit small ... the bed was not clean. There were a few stains spot on the bed frame ..... room was very cold at night we have to turn off the air con for whole night and it can be a bit hot in the morning ~ breakfast, just only the convenient store food ... which we get sandwiches , salads, and fruits ... there's no TV in the room, but everything else is ok .... for this price, I would pay a bit more to go to the place next to it 😅 I don't think it's worth the money ....

The rooms were a bit cold. There were a lot of heaters, but even with all of them on, the room (especially the area of the bed) was still a bit cold.

I loved the location. Some of the staff did not speak english, but we came very far with Google translate. The staff was really kind! The concept is really great. There is also a gate that closes at night. The staff was so helpfull and opened the gate early for me when I wanted to check out.

The air conditioner could use some improvement. As the other reviews said, the room can get really cold at night (and really hot during the day). Shower head was also broken so the water pressure was kinda weak.

The place was really pretty and the bed was so comfortable! Went there for my partner’s birthday and we enjoyed ourselves especially since the place was near everything we wanted to go to. The food was good and the people working there were all very kind and listened to my inquiries and requests patiently. Will definitely come back again when they improve their bathroom and heater.

The whimsical decoration was exciting. The clear exterior made the viewing even more pleasurable unlike other glamping establishments. It was enough distance from the main road to feel the camping vibe but not too far to feel like you cant access necessities. The staff went above & beyond for us to be able to check in even though we missed the check in window. We are very grateful!
