Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaNothing.
The apartment was excellent. Keypad entry to room. Coffee maker in room and coffee pods available at reception, kettle as well. Washing machine, washing powder and delicates bag provided, shower room becomes a clothes drying room. Kitchen with fridge and microwave, cooktop, grill oven, water filter. Safe for valuables, plenty of coat hangers, drawers. Japanese bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer. Towels changed daily if required and rubbish collected, room cleaned once during our stay. Television (no english channels), comfortable lounge, Alexa. Plenty of pillows, beds are firm. Can open a window for fresh air, also have ac/heating unit. Dehumidifier. Very quiet at night. Very clean. Reception staff always greeted us, good english, everything explained well as we needed to change rooms during our stay (had to book two different rooms due to availability). Big room, short walk to 7-Eleven and restaurants. Bus stops and train station walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the staff for arranging taxi's for us.

SingaporeThe room includes a washing machine with a spin-dry function, requiring some space to hang near-dry clothes; however, a washer-dryer combo would be more convenient for travelers to save time. Additionally, the paid parking next door is small and often full, so we had to park at a lot about a 3-minute walk away. Both issues, however, are minor and did not significantly affect our stay.
A well-sized hotel room perfect for a family of 6, complete with a washing machine, clothes-hanging space, and a clean, tidy layout featuring separate toilet and shower areas, ideal for larger families. Different theme rooms are favorable to kids.

SingaporeThe multitudes of stuff animals took quite a bit of our walking/packing area - wished it was lesser or that we can chuck it somewhere - otherwise the place will be much roomier!
The location is a quiet area but just a short walk from the main Osu shopping area. The themed concept (we chose safari) was a nice touch and the kids' loved it. Some nice touch was the Dyson hair curler and hair dryer in the room, a clothes dryer using the bathtub area (great idea!), and the choice of Keurig coffee/tea capsules. There is even a small washing machine - everything is so compact in the room, and yet there is more than enough space for up to 6 pax (we had 2 adults and 3 children). Highly recommended!

SingaporeHotel does not have carpark but do give ¥500 per day complimentary vouchers. Other than the carpark just beside the hotel, the other 3 recommended carparks were 5 walk away.
Themed rooms were a treat for the kids. The double decker bed design was well thought off and good fun for them. Water filter was easy to use. Hotel allowed rental of games such as Nintendo Switch which was a pleasant surprise.

Everything!! Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Loved the free tea and other small amenities. We didn’t want to leave the room. It was bright, spacious and very comfortable. Great location to walk to shopping street and other food places. There was a nice display below which showed all the good places to eat. I love the thought put into it. Would come back again

SingaporeRoom cleaning only available for bookings of 4 nights onwards and only once for our 4-night stay. Beds didn't feel very clean especially with the soft toys (hard to maintain I guess). Washing machine in the room was convenient, however washing capacity was small. Pillows small and not comfy. Lights abit too bright and glaring when fully turned on.
Very well thought-out room layout. Separate restroom and bath area with clothes heating function. The kids were super happy in the zoo themed room with lots of soft toys to keep them company. Friendly and helpful English-speaking staff, next door parking availability and fast lift. Rental of Nintendo Switch was a highlight for the kids, the hotel also provided rental of baby chair, perfecting the in-room dining experience for kids. Roadside access was convenient for food delivery pick-up.

SingaporeLocation of hotel is a little deserted - seems like a residential area. Would suggest not to come back too late at night as there weren't many people around the area. The family room we booked had a double decker bed that had no proper side board, only a pole. Dangerous for young kids or mall sized people as can easily roll through the pole and fall down onto the floor. Please consider how to improve safety for this bed. Room didn't have much floor space to open our 5 luggage. We had to shift the huge couch around to make space. Small washing machine, only 3.3kg load. Pretty noisy too, so we wish there was a door to separate the kitchen from the living room area because we could hear the washing machine running from our beds.
Beautiful and welcoming lobby area, bright and cheery and has lots of food recommendations on the map on the wall of the lobby. Some comfy seats, books, charging points, vending machine, separate male, female and accessible toilets too. We were wowed from the moment we stepped in. Staff were superb - very friendly and helpful. They even helped us move our luggage to our rooms when we came back for check-in. Facilities were awesome and room was well-equipped - our bathroom even had a Dyson hairdryer. Need to take most amenities from the lobby, e.g. coffee capsules, toothbrush, utensils, dishwashing liquid. Dryer function in bathroom was excellent.

SingaporeExcellent for families especially w the themed rooms, the kids had a blast. Parking can be a little bit of an issue as there are limited lots in the parking areas around the hotel. The hotel provides 500JPY vouchers to offset the parking so that's great.

United StatesIt's a little inconvenient to have to rent the cooking supplies (pots, pans etc) but it's still at no cost. I don't think they had any Tupperware to rent so we had to just use some plastic Ziplocs for leftovers.
The room here was really nice. Loved the kitchen, couch and bathroom. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. Everything was really clean and sanitized. The surroundings are peaceful with a nice temple with trees across the street. It's convenient for traveling around Nagoya but in a quieter area. If you want to cook your own meals a bit this place is a good choice for that. The bath was also really large and relaxing.

SingaporeWashing machine size only 3.3kg. Gonna use the shower room drying feature thereafter. Clothes is a bit stiff after drying.
Thumbs up for this hotel. We love this stay soooo much. Kids wanted to extend the stay too. Generous provision of tissue and dustbin at living hall area, kitchen, toilet and shower room. Lotsa usb port around bed area and extender of usb port. Foot massager provided in room too. Kids love the free rental of Nintendo switch. Walkable distance to osu shopping district.

The accommodation is well located near to the main street and there are so many good eating places all around. It is walkable distance to the metro station which goes to the high speed railway station. We can even cook in the apartment but too lazy to do so because of the easy availability of good food all around.

We got the zoo themed room with four beds (not a bunk bed and 2 beds). The kids absolutely loved the decor. It was the largest room we've had in Japan so far with a sleeping area, lounge, kitchen, wardrobe and bathroom. We loved the washing machine and drying function in the bathroom which made it very easy to wash and dry all our clothes. There are no plates or cutlery in the room but the staff are happy to provide disposable ones upon request.

AustraliaThey provide plastic cutlery instead which we find wasteful. Not a big issue but personal preference. The location is great during the day. But tricky to find during the night.
The room is spacious and cosy. The space is tight but that's due to the big comfy bed and sofa. No complaints at all :) The location is pretty good. It is between two stations. The hotel provides great quality Japanese brand toiletries.

United StatesThe ac stopped working on our last night and it kept dripping throughout the night. In the middle of summer, the ac not working made it quite miserable. We used the fan that was in the room.
The room was spacious and very clean. It was very easy to get the amenities such as extra pjs, laundry detergent & toiletries at the front desk. The kids loved the bunk beds. We didn’t use the kitchen except for the drinking water but the washing machine came in handy.

IsraelAs in many places, the receptionists barely speaks English. The check-in process was quite tiering with (relatively) a lot of reading and singing
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel; it is very well-designed, and the room was one of the best we stayed in. We went to Nagoya to visit Ghibli studio and didn't mind too much about the surroundings and didn't have much time to explore, so the location was excellent as it was very close to a large temple and the Osu shopping street that has a lot of shops and restaurants. It's around 10 minute's walk from the metro station and seems walkable to Nagoya station
