Its small, but the elevator was slow to arrive after calling it. Just a heads up if you are in a hurry.

The hotel was great for what I needed, which was a location right by the train station. I was there for just one night, but I did get to see the Snow Festival, which is wonderful!

The location of the hotel was amazing. It is just a short distance walk from the Sapporo station.

The room for 2 people is quite small. It is not very convenient to open the 2 luggages. It's a self check-in.The staff doesn't seem very helpful. They should clearly put up a sign that it's self service.

Accommodation near Sapporo Station but on the opposite side of the road There is a convenience store not too far away. Amenities such as combs, brushes, lotions, etc. are available for use. I like that there is a common room for useing, eating, and free coffee and cocoa. Luggage storage available.

Calm and peaceful surrounds despite being conveniently located to shopping centres, food outlets, train stations and bus stops. Loved the service and set up at reception. Standard triple room was quite spacious for 3 adults.

For all that the hotel is right near the train station, the neighborhood felt quite dead, though perhaps that's the fault of the wintry weather and not downtown Sapporo.

It was easy to reach the hotel from the train station. The room was warm and comfortable, and the provided pajamas were a fun touch.

Our friends hotel managed to help them book a taxi to airport as we had an early morning flight but the hotel staff said it was full and no reservations can be made. We tried making the reservation same time as they did.

Staff was great. However only some could speak English. We found the room we booked too small and they found us a bigger one.

The only thing that was difficult was balancing the heating in the room during a very cold time of year.

The hotel staff were fantastic at changing my room (without us asking) so that we could get to the elevator easier (due to my walking stick), the breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing!! We stayed for a week so got good rotation of regional foods; Jingisukan, soup curry, Hokkaido milk, local jams (including milk jam) and the opportunity for kaisendon. My partner insisted on making the most of their soft serve ice cream with a bowl of ice cream every morning! The room was comfortable, and the location was amazing, the elevator would take you down to B1 that connected with Sapporo Station.

Standard Japan, the beds and pillows were pretty hard. It can be uncomfortable if you're not used to it.

Location was great - really close to Sapporo train station and there's an underground entrance/exit that you can access in the hotel elevator. The room was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The wifi was fast. It was just me for this trip so the room felt spacious. My brother and his girlfriend had a very similar room that was a lot more cramped with their extra bags and snow gear.
