This is our second stay - we love the location near to the Shinkansen train station which is an excellent base - hiking, shopping, dining. The hotel is comfortable and although no restaurant at the hotel the charming staff have recommended and reserved excellent restaurants for us both times. The Shabu-shabu next door was amazing and the Izakaya round the corner was perfect.

Easy location for the Shinkansen station so you don’t have to take luggage far. Clean and functional. Great value. Amazing family run Shabu Shabu restaurant next door which the hotel staff booked for us.

Short walk from the JR station and main bus terminal. Hotel is new with modern facilities. Room size spacious by Japanese standard. Bathroom is spacious too.

If I were to nitpick, it'd be that the hotel didn't have an onsen bath and that the spotlights in the room raised the temperature.

The location, which was walkable from the JR shinkansen station and has two convenient stores and several restaurants nearby. The staff were really friendly and helpful too!

We had a relaxing 4 nights stay in 2 x Standard Double Rooms - Main Building, and 1 x Standard Twin Room - New Building. Room is clean, bed comfortable, and bathroom layout well configured. Shared lounge area is great for small group travelers to gather and while away with free self-serve beverages (available at certain hours). Non-smoking throughout the hotel is a plus for us. Service staff generally warm, friendly and helpful. Location is excellent - close to JR Train Station, Prince outlet shopping mall, eateries, shops, convenient store plus Delicia supermarket. Free parking for hotel guests.

There was rarely anyone at the front desk, although they were very responsive by text to make up for it. And, of course, they would come if you asked them to. I would have liked the ability to get a latte on site somehow, but there were local coffee shops within walking distance.

Hilariously welcoming and complex toilets - so happy to see you every time! The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. They stored our luggage after check out so that we could enjoy our day and let us into our room early on check-in. Great location: walking distance from the train station, shops and restaurants.

Was quite pricy for the 4 bed option so kind of was 2 rooms but still we didn’t get breakfast for the child.

Location, and finishing was very nice. Breakfast was served to the room in a very cute and deliciously packed basket. Though we could have asked for more quantity but was manageable.
