Our ‘double’ bed was very small! We were warned, but a slightly bigger bed would still fit in the room.

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood but good transport nearby. Lovely staff, clean comfortable rooms. Good breakfasts. Enjoyed the happy hour too!

I really liked the place. It was clean in many aspects such as bedding, bathroom, toilet, lobby… The location is not bad, it is near to Ueno station and Nezu station, and it is better to arrive at Nezu station because it takes only 5 minutes to the hostel from the station. The only negative thing that I can mention is hard bedding, it wasn’t really comfortable..

The weather was cold and the heating of communal areas was slow to respond to the significant plunge in temperature.

Location was fabulous. Easy to access the excellent metro system and a short walk to Ueno park. Quiet residential neighbourhood with excellent small restaurants. The communal hotel facilities were very good. We had booked the hotel because of the outside spaces but the weather was too bad to enjoy them .

The wall in the room was wet all the time from the rain, and covered with mould. Hallways are not vacuumed often enough and often dirty. Also there was weird smell in one of the female showers on the 3rd floor.

It was a good hotel overall. The kitchen was very big with plenty of kitchenware and convenient laundry, located close to Nezu and Ueno stations.

The shared spaces were big and there were multiple areas. The kitchen was also very spacious, clean and organized. The locker being in the room and a towel included! So many bathrooms, showers and open stairways. The outside patio with blankets is also nice. The staff are always very helpful

The step up to the bathroom in the room was a bit awkward.

The room was quiet and fully serviced each day on time. The laundry was very convenient. Rooftop bar was a nice break for our group each evening! Breakfast was easy to arrange and tasty.

The washroom and shower was a bit far since men's and women's showers are in different floors.

The location it is pretty good. Only 15 min walk from Ueno station and very close to many cool bakeries, shops, markets, bars, restaurants. The neighborhood it is very pretty and interesting. Little streets to get lost and walk around. The hotel has the look of a hostel but comfortable and friendly. The breakfast was very good for the price (only 1000 yen). Nice share kitchen and good atmosphere.

Hidden gem. Location is very good and easy to reach, not in the hustle of Shibuya which makes for a calmer stay. About 20min from Tokyo station. Had a bunk bed which was fully enclosed with a curtain, power socket and large locker. Room had air purifier and AC, very comfortable and large bed, even at almost 2m I could fit. Showers were exceptional, albeit a bit of a walk from the dorm. Facilities are where this place excels. Fully equipped kitchen with 5 or 6 sinks, cooking areas, Le Creuset pots and utensils, all kitchen appliances you could wish for. This place can be used to cook for an entire school class or elaborate dinners for yourself. Great lounge with pool, foosball, TV, reading area etc. Could not be better value for money in Tokyo. Restaurant on site is good, breakfast with good options and great times for people sleeping late. Building in general is clean and bathrooms are large and comfortable.

I've spent two nights in the hostel, and I can highly recommend Hotel Graphy Nezu. Bathrooms and rooms are super clean, beds are comfortable, and the staff is super welcoming and kind. Nice also the idea to offer free beers from 6 to 7 pm. Moreover, the hotel is 6 m away from the Nezu Station, which makes it easy to navigate in Tokyo! Super recommended!

Room with frosted windows, no view and no screen when I opened the window. Kind of dangerous looking. Room furniture showed wear from overuse. The wallpaper was showing age as well with pealing on seams. The refrigerator and desk lamp shared same outlet so there was no spare to use for charging items on the desk. The other outlet was on middle of wall so items charging had to rest on floor or luggage. Odd placements.

Breakfast was good. Location was good and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with unique shops with Ueno & Yanaka within walking distance. Appreciated the staff scrapbook with recommended places to visit. Maybe more English within it would help, but still useful. Liked the shared kitchen and lounge spaces on first floor. Room with no carpeting was good too.

Amazing location next to Ueno park. It was amazing walking in the small alleys of the neighbourhood to get to the hotel, which felt an amazing experience itself. Although the bathroom is outside of the room, and the showers are located in different floors (women showers were in the 3rd floor and men in the 2nd), the hotel is built so that it doesn’t feel like a long walk to get there. The showers were super clean and I loved their products. I would definitely come back
