I only stayed for one night, but everything was great. The staff were so friendly and the beds were comfy. Plus it’s right next to Ueno park which is stunning during the Sakura season and it’s so convenient in terms of transport.

Everything was in line with our expectations.

Everything was fine. The location was nice and closed to the subway. The view from the terrace (4th floor) was amazing. The staff was great, open to help.

We needed more towels but we did not see anyone to ask about. The rooftop was close too early so we could not see the skyline that they show on pictures. For the rest, is a good place to stay if you need a bit a peace far from the crazy centric districts.

The room was small but we already know it. There are other hotels with smaller rooms anyway. Was clean and the staff took their time to explain any doubt. The location is great, near to Yanaka Ginza, a nice area to visit. Metro is a bit far from the hotel (15 minutes) and if you arrive after 10pm you will not find place where to eat.

t could be a bit hard to get to from Nezu metro station as it involved pulling luggage into a quiet residential area with some twists and turns, though it is the shorter walk compared to Ueno JR. Bathroom was a bit of a squeeze, and the taps were rather difficult to work with.

Breakfast was really delicious and worth the money. It had some nice eateries around it. The walk to Ueno JR station was a comfortable walk beside the zoo, but relatively long walk. Nice communal facilities on the ground floor. Room was quiet, aircon worked well, and bed was comfortable.

washer/dryer takes a little bit too long for one load. But conveniently the location has a laundromat nearby.

The menu used to be better. A little bit too alternative and creative for my taste. But still tasty. If you are staying for a long time, you might have to consider not including breakfast for the whole stay

The location is perfect. 5-10 minutes walk from Ueno park and Ueno station. Quiet and safe area - not that many restaurants within 5 min walking distance, but there are some true gems - if you know where to look. You feel like you are a part of the neighbourhood. Great mix of Japanese and tourists staying at the hotel. Nezu station has great connection. The vibe of the place has a youthful vice, but not too youthful. Hanging out in the common areas is almost too good of a time killer, before you notice, you've spent half the day chilling and talking to other guest. Everyone seems to feel like they are home. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They seem proud of the neighbourhood and guide you very well to discover the best of Nezu.

There is no shoes storage in the entryway. Coming into the room to the smell of wet shoes is not amazing, though you tune it out fast. Wish there was some kind of shoe storage / slipper system in front. For people leaving early, be warned the breakfast starts at 7:30. The beds don't have any blinds for the head /foot of the bed which means you have to be a little more careful when coming back late/ leaving early.

Staff were helpful, there are free 1st drinks and a cute cafe/ porch. Location is nice and calm, and very nice to roam around at night. Rooms are nice, with a little desk and lockers directly accessible unlike many lobby lockers. Kitchen amenities looked amazing, it made me want to take one of the colocation apartments to get to enjoy it more !

The water pressure occasionally fluctuated, but it wasn’t a major inconvenience. Additionally, there aren’t as many restaurants nearby as other locations I’ve stayed; however, I would absolutely stay again.

The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The room was spacious with an awesome view of Sky Tree and the beds were very comfortable. I also appreciated the convenience of having multiple areas to cook our own food and an open communal area to work or relax. I love that it is conveniently located near the Chiyoda subway line and is a very short walk to Ueno Park. Can’t wait to stay again soon!

The bathroom is a little on the small side and if you have alot of luggage the room is going to be a bit cramped.

Loved the location, very quiet and friendly neighbourhood close to Ueno Park and some beautiful other sites in Tokyo. Easy to get to public transport and amazing food and entertainment options. Staff were so friendly and helpful, nice breakfast and really enjoyed the pyjamas!

Great breakfast! Nice location, close to station and Ameyoko District where you can wander around. Amazing restaurant nearby. In general, interesting neighbourhood, quiet and calm, very different from other parts of Tokyo. Great staff (with good English :) ). Very nice touch is a daily gift of a free drink ;)
