Local Japanese breakfast is very nice- both in presentation and taste. Calming ambience in the breakfast room. Very neat room and clean throughout. Local onsens less than 5mins away.

Was a nice spot to spend a few nights in this hot spring town - is just a few moments to walk up to Kin No Yu, and a few minutes down to Gin No Yu. Check in was really straightforward, and all the staff in the hotel were so friendly and welcoming. The bath and shower were very nice, and never had trouble getting access to the shared facilities.

SwedenToilet was one floor down, and showers on the ground floor. With the onsens in Arima being the main attraction, you might not need the shower, so that's actually a lesser problem.
It's right in the middle of Arima-onsen, with both Gin & Kin onsens nearby. The room we had was quite spacious. The breakfast was really good - Ryokan style.

Very helpful and friendly staffs. Room is well equipped with fridge, ipad-mini, TV etc. You'll be able experience the most calm and natural arima in the morning before tourists arrive.

Really clean. It is in the heart of Arimaonsen and hence is reachable to many places within a few minutes. The silver onsen is only one minute away! Staff ensured we had everything we needed. Extended one more night here because we were so comfortable.

SingaporeNothing. Didn't expect that it was Japanese dinner as we preferred Japanese dinner. Nevertheless it's a pleasant surprise. Note that there is no elevator and the rooms are from 2nd floor onwards.
Nice place to stay with helpful and friendly staff. The hotsprings are nearby by foot. Please remember to use a translator app or similar as it will help you to communicate with the staff since they mostly speak simple English.

Singaporetoilets located at level 2 but no toilet at level 3, and unfortunately my room at level 3, 😁 but it's fine for a night.
we received a very warm and sincere welcome, it is clean and comfy, walkable distance from train station, good location for exploring and to onsen pools. I would like to apologise to the staff/owner for me calling a bit loud outside the door when checking in, as I have difficulties to open the door which with 2 lock levers I couldn't figure out how to open.
