ThailandA bit too far from the station. And the way to this place have hills. It may difficult if you travel with heavy items, large or many luggage. The room’s entrance and bathroom are small & narrow. You can hear some noises from another room and from outside.
Very good value price. Bedroom is very comfy. Big window made nice light every morning and the futon made me slept well every night. AirCon and WiFi are also good.

CanadaBed is a traditional food out floor mat, and the right space means you won't be spending much time there. Not much in the area to do so definitely need to take transit to get around.
Good location for visiting Mount Takao or west Tokyo (Shibuya & Shinjuku). Space was tight but pretty good for a single person for a few days, and located close to the Kokubunji station.

Bangladesh-- Unnecessary stuffs can be removed from the room to make it more convenient for the user. -- Cleaning charge needs to be reduced. -- Wi-Fi was not available all the time.
10 minutes walking distance from the station and easily accessible from major important locations of Tokyo. Restaurants are available nearby to dine out.

Belgiumthe accommodation is very dirty, mold on the toilets, fridge, shower curtain,... we had to buy sheets and towels, they had yellow stains. very dirty. we lost a day of the trip cleaning. And once the payment was made the host no longer responded to our requests. Our flight was postponed and we needed to stay one more night. we asked the host if it was possible, he ignored us. I didn't even take the time to take pictures of the dirt when I arrived. I immediately bought cleaning products and cleaned everything. However, when I left, I took a few pictures of the things left behind.

ChileI mistakenly booked one day before my arrival, but the owner refused to change my reservation even though I requested it several days in advance. As a result, I effectively lost money for that extra day. The listing claimed it was 10 minutes from Tokyo, but in reality, it's 35 minutes away and a 15-minute walk to the station. Everything is quite cramped, even for someone like me who is 5'7". Upon arrival, the air conditioning wasn't working, and it took three hours to resolve the issue, which involved relocating all my belongings to a different room. The accommodation isn't exactly an entire apartment; it feels more like budget Airbnb rooms hastily put together. Initially, the owner was unresponsive and only appeared after I insisted for over an hour about the broken air conditioning. To add to the disappointment, there were hairs on the futon from a previous guest. Due to its setup for Airbnb purposes, noise from other guests can be easily heard.

JapanEverything. It was disgustingly unclean and unkept. Toenails and hairs everywhere, even between the new folded towels. Soap and shampoo was poorly prepared and still was in plastic instead of in a proper bottle. The futon as well as the whole room smelled like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The room felt like it had no air ventilation at all. We slept for one night and during the whole night we felt like we couldn’t breathe. We booked for 4 nights and we couldn’t take it anymore so at sunrise we left to find a new place to stay. We didn’t get any refund event though we suffered so much lost of money. We also could have gotten sick with all this bad hygiene. For anyone out there, I suggest you find somewhere else. It is for your own health and money too.

It was very good location for me, very good price! The living looked much better in real life than on the pictures. I was there on a business trip and was under a lot of stress, and the owner was very helpful with things you asked for. I am very greatful to have stayed at this hotel and I will book the same everytime I go Tokyo.

Terrible. The process for checking in was complicated. Guest who extend their stay do not pay extra cleaning fee. Guests who cancel in advance cannot get refund of cleaning fee. Terrible service. The corporation that manages the property does not care about guests.
