We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was very close to the Osaka airport and shuttle bus is available upon request. The staff has gone out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and helped arrange the bus for us. They also helped receive and immediately recognise us for our luggage delivery.

It would be better if they offered more times during the morning and day, and made it easier and clearer that a bus is available and where to find it at the airport.

Amazing location very close to the airport, so I thought I would walk straight to the airport after my stay, and I think I could have, but I didn't have to! They have a free shuttle in the mornings here every hour until checkout at 11, very convenient! It takes you straight to the monorail airport stop. They also had a very comfortable bath on the first floor! two baths really, divided by gender, with locker rooms.

CanadaWe could only book a smoking room because no non-smoking rooms were available. The room was so incredibly smoky (more than I've ever experienced) because the air circulation system turns off when the power key is removed. It took a long time to be able to tolerate the smell so I wish they had done this before our arrival. There is not enough English for non-Japanese travelers so I had to use Google Translate (camera) for everything from the remote controls to reading about the shuttle system. At the airport, we didn't know that we have to phone the hotel to request a shuttle to take us to the hotel. We waited awhile there for the shuttle until the Toyoko Inn driver told us we needed to phone. There should be a sign; Toyoko Inn has a sign there, although it is also only in Japanese. Later I saw a sign in English in the elevator but it should also be at the front desk and at the airport waiting place. Also, I messaged the property via the Booking app and I received no reply at all. Who was responsible for that? Booking? or Green Rich Hotel? Somebody dropped the ball there. It would have been nice to have more than one television channel to watch. Toyoko Inn has several channels to choose from and they are all free. The free WiFi is not very secure so I chose not to use it, which was a bit disappointing.
My elderly Japanese mother appreciated the delicious breakfast (we paid extra for it but the price was reasonable). The room was nice (there was more room because it was higher than the basic room and had a lovely view); staff was very kind and helpful; shuttle bus to Itami airport (and monorail) was nice to have available. We did not try the public bath but it is nice to know that it is available and they have supplies for guests right by the elevator (on our 7th floor at least).

Good position to access Itami airport, which is within close walking distance (10 min). There is also a shuttle bus but not before 6 am. Extra pillows andyukata available at floor in the corridor.

It's walking distance from ITAMI terminal. Right in front of the hotel there is a7Eleven. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. The noise from the airport was not an issue.
