staff are friendly, and the location is perfect. the only thing I've noticed was the breakfast. you should have a variety of menus, not all guests eat Japanese food. thanks

A bit far from Tokyo Maine city. But close to Ikebukuro and Shinjuku. Easy to get in the subway! Every day we got clean towels and a fresh made bed! Room was small as expected, but at least you could store your luggage under the bed and under the couch.

Quite a big room(for japaneese standards, of course). Nice control panel for lighting and AC inside the room. Nice laundry, coffee machine. Great location, with good view and, somehow, its quiet!

Breakfast might get a bit redundant if you stay several days. The elevator connecting the hotel to the ground floor can be slow. The toilet paper is probably one nanometer thick. The dryer in the washing machine took three separate runs to fully dry my clothing, requiring me to go to the dryer three times. I wish they had an extended dry option so I could just let it dry completely without restarting it.

Large bed, large bathroom, largest hotel bathtub I’ve seen. They have a tablet to control lights, the A/C, and an alarm. Everything is new and clean. Great customer service. Free coffee provided in the lobby. It was very affordable - $67 USD or 10,000円 for two people per night including breakfast. So worth it and I miss it. I would stay again if I could.

If there is one thing I wish were different in this hotel then it's the fact that the windows cannot be opened.

I have stayed here a few times now and I really like this hotel. It's clean, the rooms are decently sized, and the beds are comfortable. It's right next to the station and about 15 minutes by train to Ikebukuro.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is outside of Tokyo but when sighseeing you're going to be traveling a lot anyways so it wasn't s issue beside there were many stores downstairs open 24/7

I personally didn’t dislike anything about this property; however, if you’re someone that wants to be very close to central Tokyo, this hotel is about a 40 minute subway ride to the city. I chose it because I wanted to stay somewhere a little quieter. This of course is a personal choice and nothing against the hotel in the slightest.

The property was clean and easy to find. It’s attached to the subway, which is convenient, as well as a supermarket and bakery, which are both delicious options. There’s a pharmacy across the path and a Family Mart on the way to the subway. The room itself was small, as standard in Japan; however, the pressure in the shower is probably some of the best pressure I’ve ever had in any hotel. I felt safe and the hotel staff was friendly.

1 minute from train station. Lovely room with great facilities. Shops nearby. 30 minutes into centre of Tokyo, really simple to get to and from there. Friendly helpful staff. Was able to drop bag off in the morning so wasn’t carrying it around all day until check in.

The breakfast could have more options or changing menu for the main course. The buffet is located on another for which one has to use two elevators. The space outside the elevator on my floor had a window which was usually locked, so no natural light in the corridor :(

Nice room for a few nights' stay! The breakfast was fine. Liked the free coffee machine near the reception. The reception was usually manned with courteous staff, which helped quite a lot. They also provide a Tokyo subway day pass for a fee to the hotel guests, which I though was pretty cool.
