I liked that the they enough showers rooms and toilets available in both the common areas and the dormitories, so I never felt like I had to line up to use the facilities! Also, I liked how clean everything was! At the end of the day, when I came back to the hostel, the washrooms were quite clean, so the hostel did a really good job at cleaning. Everything was very accessible within the facility too.

- Not a big issue, but the tables on the shared floor are quite low, which can be a bit impractical if you want to eat there.

+ Large, comfortable bunks with a box inside that can be used to lock in stuff or as a table. + Many free amenities. + Great location. You have access to all subway lines from the station nearby. Many options for dining, shopping, and amusement in the area.

For the top beds, the ladder and handle is a bit difficult to use.

It was spacious even when staying in the boxes There is a kitchen available. It is very convenient! :)

The locker sometimes can get stuck but it's not a big deal.

The hostel was about 3 min away from the tram station and 5-8mins away from odori subway station. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly.

You need to take the elevator (no stairs option) to go between floors so there was some waiting. There were ear plugs provided but the room policy on talking at night should be better emphasised. The common area tables were low compared to the chairs so dining was uncomfortable.

Plenty of showers, toilets, and amenities such as sanitary towels to make your stay comfortable. Free face and body towels provided everyday with new bath mats placed outside of the showers for you to use. The kitchen island was great for socialising. The stay was so nice that I stayed here twice!

i was hesitant at first. This was my first hostel experience, so I had the usual fears: someone stealing my stuff, people being noisy, and the cleanliness. But I was surprised! The staff were nice, nothing was stolen, and overall it did its job and i got good sleep. Just make sure to not leave anything of importance or expensive if possible, but honestly it'll probably be fine.

This is kind of on me for not asking them to lower the thermostat, but the top/6th floor was uncomfortably warm. It could have easily been 3-5°C cooler. As such, I sweat through my nights sleep.

Central location with a 5 minute walk to the subway hub, plus adjacent to trendy shopping and food venues. Helpful & courteous staff. Clean & accessible, plus a cafe on the 1st floor with books of all kinds to peruse.

To get a fresh towel one had to ask every day at the lobby for new towel.

It is very central in susukino. Traveling in Sapporo you will most likely end up in susukino in the evening, so your hostel will then be very close. The lounge area has everything one would need and more and it is nice for meeting new people. The capsule itself is very spacious with a lot of room for luggage and a small locker inside the capsule. All in all a very good experience.

My bed was located right near the door, the first night there were a lot of people coming and going at all hours, but the following nights were fine.

The location is so central; close to shopping, so many great restaurants and an airport bus stop just up the street. The design and common areas were lovely, lots of showers and toilets (including for women only) and very clean.

Cant find anything to complain about!

I love it when hostels have great staff who care about their guests. The staff here was very fun to talk to and helpful, Tasuku and all the others! Its a perfect location close to everything, very clean and spacious with a nice hangout place at 5th floor and at the coffee shop downstairs. I slept well and they helped keeping my bags safe on my last day.

The cafe downstairs is a bit... meh. Although the decoration is nice, the coffee is overpriced and they don't even serve any food but you can bring food from the family mart next to the hostel so it wasn't much of a deal. Also the drying machine could be better. It took me three cycles (!!!) to dry thick jeans pants.

Amazing location, you can do many things by foot and there are some street bike rentals a few blocks away. Staff is super friendly, kitchen and communal areas were nice and many amenities available.

The hand soap on my floor ran out and wasn’t refilled my last two days there.

The “capsules” are huge — the biggest I’ve stayed in for sure. Basically a huge wooden box with a mattress, hangers, a lamp and an outlet. They also have a cover over the top of the front curtain for privacy. Good location very close to public transit (including a bus stop to / from Chitose airport) and Susukino, Odori park, and the TV tower. Also on the same block as 2 convenience stores. Plenty of laundry machines available to use. Facilities were clean.
