No signage in English that you are actually at the hotel, entrance unrecognizable. Hallways are in open air, cold wet and drafty. Beakfast closes at 9 am which is quite early, at 8.40 we were the last people to get served.

Breakfast and dinner buffet included for a very low room price. Quality ok, matches the expectation based on the price. Very close to Himeji station, confortable but small room

The hotel rooms are accessed from external lift and stairs with narrow walkways around the long drop to the bottom. Perhaps the building was originally built as studio flats. Very unexpected - although the rooms, facilities and services were fine.

The beds were a bit stiff and uncomfortable and room was small.

Communal bath were great. Breakfast was OK. The staff was very nice and accomodating.

When checking in, we had a little issue getting our breakfast coupons. After they decided to give them to us, we were given them one day at a time. It's not a big deal, but it could have been simpler since we had booked and paid for our room and meals for the two nights more than two weeks in advance.

It was a big breakfast, and it was all you could eat, so no one needed to leave the Hotel hungry, that's for sure. I'm a coffee drinker, and they had an automatic coffee maker that makes several different types of coffee, with fresh ground beans for every new cup.

Very near to train station. The room was included breakfast and dinner, it was not buffet style but with the price paid there was no complaint as it's the cheapest throughout our stay in Japan.

Not much if anything to dislike. Dinner was a set menu unlike some other hotels, but still good. Not a lot of tourist things in the vicinity, but it's still a great spot for staying near the castle.

Fantastic location 2 minutes from South Exit of the Shinkansen station. 24/7 front desk is always a plus and they had 99% of the info we wanted or needed, from accessing the in house dinner and breakfast, on-site laundry facilities, and managing to get our rooms next door to each other.

In front desk some employees were not helpful and not knowledgeable! I needed help to send my luggages to Airport. Any questions that I had for them , they didn’t have any answers so they told me to call the unyukaisha (transportation company) I didn’t have any support.

Price was so reasonable and big public bath was great. Sauna was not good temperature. Included breakfast and dinner it’s unbelievable price . Stayed a month so low price helped me!!!!

- outdated furnishing, but it was fine with us. - fried Croquette curry was offered for dinner on 2 consecutive nights. Wished there was variety.

- close proximity to the train station. - good value, with free breakfast and dinner. - the salad bar and drinks counter had good varieties. - staff was helpful. - room was good-sized. - in-house onsen, but unfortunately I had no opportunity to use.

A public bath was good just an entrance of the bath was kind of scary with only one door although there was a security code for entry.

The room that was supposed to be mine stank of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. I complained and was kindly upgraded to another room which was greatly appreciated. Check in is not until 4pm and unfortunately I wasn't allowed to check in earlier but I was able to store my bag there.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were nice and I enjoyed the sauna and onsen. Clean comfortable room and bed

The paid laundry could have been a bit cleaner.

Location was really close to the station and convenient. The room was small but clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and we were provided with new towels every day. The big bath was also very clean and a good size. The included breakfast and dinner was also very nice and had a good selection to chooses from.

Not much to say.

Great value biz hotel nr Himeji Station and less than a KM from the Castle. Room included a basic dinner and breakfast set. There is a Public Sauna on the top floor. They'll keep your luggage happily whilst you are out site seeing...WIFI good and rooms and ensuite bathrooms comfortable and clean.
