Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

TaiwanThe parking fee a bit higher than others around, and during the peak hours, waiting to pick up your car could be up to 20-30 minutes. They don't do room cleaning, but only pick up trash and change towels which is fine. However, it's better to refill all of amenities while already got into the room than we have to ask the front desk to pickup ourselves.
The breakfast offers "make your own burger" which is very nice, fun, and delicious. However, it's obviously seeing the hotel is short of staff especially during rush/peak hours for breakfast. However, most of staff especially people works in the front desk are really friendly and helpful. The location of hotel is also great while exploring Naha. Lots of shops, restaurants around. Would recommand!!

United States. The routine for making reservations for breakfast online. Difficult for older guests .....poor bar .... only open outdoor seating which is not suitable in cold weather
Room clean and fairly good size.... close to shopping street and places to eat... also close to monorail station. All walkable. Hotel personnel very helpful and accomodating.

PolandI was travelling with my family and small kids. We had two rooms. We arrived in the morning and left our bags until 3pm (check-in time) I explicitly asked to give us rooms close to each other as we have small kids and common suitcases. When we arrived at 6 pm we got rooms on the opposite sides of the floor. They said there are no rooms available close to each other. However, after some arguments they gave us 2 rooms on another floor next two each other. The problem was finally solved but I spent 45 mins at the reception trying to explain my point.
Clean hotel, nice roof pool. Good value for money.

AustraliaLights in the room are a bit dim after turning them all on. Everything was clean except bits of chips were found on the ground near the bottom of the bed before our stay. There is no safe in the room.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient - walking distance to a monorail stop and a 24/7 supermarket. Breakfast is good with a wide variety to choose from. There is a hamburger station.

IsraelThe location is unbeatable. Close to the train station and many restaurants. The room was decent sized, definitely one of the bigger ones we have stayed in Japan and very clean. The breakfast had a good selection of foods, both Western and Japanese. I wish there was more fresh fruit and vegetables though.

CanadaPaying to use the pool even though we were guests because we didn’t book directly with the hotel. Worried about parking filling up at hotel so being back early every day. Hotel doesn’t want you walking around in swimwear, slippers etc outside of your room which I’ve never seen the request before when visiting the pool area.
Pool, location in comparison to airport and transit, breakfast included, sleepwear for our use, laundry facilities, Shisa dressed up for Halloween!

BelgiumMost of the staff didn't speak english at all, only japanese, which made the communication difficult in many situations. Breakfast was good, but you have to book in advance the hour. This is very annoying cause the main goal of holidays is not to plan. We had a window in the room, but with no view and impossible to open it.
The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and very clean! The hotel looks just like the pictures. Huge variety of food for breakfast. Swimming pool very pleasant, although you have to pay extra fees to access it. The location is ok if you wish to stay close to the center of Naha. But it is far from any beach.

FranceThe hotel really should propose rooms with a double bed instead of two single beds. I don’t know any woman who likes to sleep without their husband. It was very noisy. Lots of teenagers making a lot of noise and nobody to tell them to shut up because they are not alone and people want to sleep. This was like summer camp in here. Especially on breakfast. There was a queue 30 meters long. Took us about an hour to do something we are supposed to do in 30 minutes. The Wi-Fi was an absolute joke. It’s enough to open an e-mail but don’t expect to scroll on reels. The staff doesn’t speak English !! I mean, you work in tourism, you have strangers for clients every day, those strangers pay money to you, and you are not able to get two or three English words out of you ? In 2024 ! Seriously ? The cherry on top was that the pool was not included in the price of the room. If you want to take a swim you have a fee of 1200 yen. But that’s just for an hour, not for the day. 1200 yen an hour. And there's a waiting list. I'm not joking. We travel 4 times a year we slept in a lot of hotel in more than 30 countries this is the very first time an hotel make their clients pay a supllement for the pool. I was in shock.
The hotel is very well situated and the rooms were very clean.
