CanadaVery easy to get to thanks to the shuttle bus from terminal 1. Clean room and has a convenience store right in the hotel. Pleasant staff who were very helpful. We were able to take the shuttle back to the airport as well!

AustraliaAfter a long flight we just wanted to get to our hotel without having to navigate in a new country on the first day and weren't expecting a lot. However, the shuttle bus was easy to find, the service was on time and quick. There were a lot of us at checkin but staff got through everyone pretty quickly. Loved the additional bits and pieces for the room. We wore our yatakas and slippers. It was very comfy. There were 3 of us and the room still felt spacious...was not expecting that.

The bathroom and toilet room were very nice, three beds were also comfortable and clean. The main bedroom was on the small side, but probably quite large in Japanese standards. We enjoyed walking to the airport for breakfast at the food vendors there. Super convenient location after a late arrival into Narita airport.

United StatesVery convenient and happy to have had a place to La d and sleep after the long flight. The breakfast was AMAZING - American and Japanese fare - we were very happy! Kind of squished - picture showed four beds for our family all in a row - but was really two beds and two pop up beds - luckily kids were young enough to sleep anywhere - overall we were happy with our convenient stay before our Japan adventure!
