The staff was very kind, always there if you needed them! They spoke very good english, so it was easy to communicate. Something i also liked was their places of choice, numerous a'd of quality!

No locker big enough for a laptop and didn't feel the little locker provided would be a secure place for valuables. Some people might not like that light can come into bed 8's area. It didn't bother me.

Walking distance to train station, shopping, and temples plus nice to walk along the river. Great view from the rooftop terrace. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Loved bed 8 in pods with little window with a view of the river. Nice to watch the boats go by. Bed and comforter very comfortable. Good and very clean showers and toilets. Everyone very quiet in the pods. Washing machine takes 30 min and dryer a bit more. Free detergent.

Tall people beware :) they have a very cute hole-in-the-wall common area, but anyone taller than 5'5" might need to duck (I'm 5'8" and was crouching to get in). It's just a minor inconvenience, but one that you may need to consider if you're a lot taller.

For me, the best place about the Hostel is its location. It's just a few steps away from Asakusa station, which is very helpful, especially for unfamiliar travelers. Asakusa is always a nice area that feels away from the center but is actually close to great sights (such as the Tokyo Skytree) and the Sumida river. Very nice to walk outside the area. The staff can speak English, and while they can be a bit strict with check-in hours, the staff offered to stay for the extra hour because one of our friends was arriving late. If it weren't for the summer heat, we would have loved to hang out at the rooftop area with the excellent view!

Excellent service and location. I was afraid room would be too hot in summer but air condition was great and bed comfortable. There is also space for bigger suitcase and hanging clothes next to bed.

Not much space for luggage. The AC was good where the capsules were, however the cold AC air didn’t make it into the capsules.

Location is amazing, located between few of Ginza Line/ Toei Asakusa Line! The nearest station is just less than 3mins wake, down side is there’s no elevator but only stairs.

I loved the property’s atmosphere and the location, it’s in the middle of two subway stations. The beds were comfortable and the view from the rooftop was awesome! The owner was fantastic and was always helpful ! Would definitely stay here again if I had a chance !!!

The experience is 1000/100!! it is very quiet and especially there is a lot of space for the bed area. You do have space to put your luggage as well. The first floor is common area where the boss has store his own wine and can be sold by cup. There is ample space for common area where I worked. The staff is very nice and helpful to provide recommendations. I just knew it’s opened for 7 years already! And the boss is constantly renovating the hotel so it looks so new. Besides, it’s 200m from the subway, straight line out of airport and 200m from the boat station. Fantastic view and cozy environment.

Hiro is a phenomenal host who made me feel at home and who provides a list of recommendations around Tokyo. The place is immaculate. I stayed in a shared dormitory type space with a great quality mattress and pillow, a small safe, a light and a good quality curtain. I did not feel like I was in a dorm. The bathroom is perfectly well equipped. There is a small lounge where you can hang out, a rooftop with a great view and a small bar to grab a beer. I'll definitely go back.

Location!! Outside of the busy areas yet close to the station, river and some cool temples and attractions. The beds were also pretty good, as good as it gets for hostels honestly 👌🏻 Also the staff members were very nice and helped my friend to recover her lost passport 🙏🏻

Rooftop terrace and a really cozy lounge. Bed in the dorm was comfortable with lots of space by the side to organise personal items. Toilets were very clean and the staff were so helpful.

Excellent stay at this hostel. Very ngood location close to the temple and the metro. Roof terrace has an amazing view on the river and Skytree tower. Bed is very comfy. Enough space to sleep and put your stuff inside Staff is very friendly and helpful
