My dorm pod had a gap at the top which allowed light from the main room light to enter into the pod area which was very annoying when trying to sleep and people coming in and turning on the light. All of the other pods had curtains which could block out the light or were far enough away from the main light so it wasn't a problem. The pod needs to have another curtain to block out this light or otherwise has it so the main light can't be turned on after a certain time.

Location was excellent right next to the station. The showers were good and the beds very comfortable.

The showers were nice but sometimes the shower head would rotate so it was facing the wall and it was difficult to get it to stay in the right position.

The room was brilliant with a great view overlooking the river and the Skytree. The rooftop was a great place to hang out at night and have breakfast in the morning.

The staff was really nice and helpful Everything was really good explained and the hostel was always clean Beds are comfortable, good space to organize your things, small lockers for valuable objects I loved the rooftop, with the view on Sumida river, Tokyo Skytree... beautiful at night or for sunrise The location was great, not far from Ueno train station (25 min walking) and Ueno park Close to the river, possible to walk and run all along even at night, beautiful scenery ! For sure, I'll come back to this hostel in a few weeks, when i come back to Tokyo :))

From Asakusa you are far from other location but once again Tokyo is huge.

Not a lot to say could have been better. Some better ventilation in the dorm room possibly. And a water point on the dorm floors.

Beautiful location near the river and the Sensoji temple. The facilities are great including the lovely roof terrace and nice shower rooms. The staff were helpful and I found the place overall very clean and peaceful.

The view from the rooftop, the kind staff, it was all quiet in the dorm I got great sleep, guess I was just lucky for this though. Amazing spot to explore Asakusa et get to other districts easily. Great for a first stay in Tokyo, made my first experience in the capital really smooth. Would stay again 👍

I have zero complaints

Great location, very short walk to Asakusa station, shops, bars, markets, etc. Roof top terrace overlooking river and Tokyo Skytree was great. I didn’t expect that much, considering the price, but it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely book again.

Location is a bit far from the party areas. It was a bit dusty in the capsule. Breakfast is very basic. A bit on the pricier side, but not too much.

Cheery staff, large capsules, good aircon, great location for sightseeing. Has a nice bar if you just want to drink in the evening at the hotel. Also, the washing and drying was cheap with free washing powder.

The shower temperature was difficult to control.

Great location. Right next to the metro (1min walk). All the restaurants are also nearby. Sensoji temple is like 10 min walk away. The staff was very friendly, especially Kei was very helpful and a kind host.

It wasn’t much of an issue but the building is slightly old so the hallway and stairs were narrow.

Overall great value, the place was nice and clean and comfortable. Wifi worked well and the bathroom was always clean. The bar common area has low ceiling but was cosy.
