CanadaThe area on the weekend is filled with young partygoers; on both Saturday and Sunday morning (8-9am) there were groups of them crouched on the sidewalk nearby trying not to puke.
The room and facilities were great. They had women-only floors, and the coin laundry room was clean and the machine was efficient (washer+dryer, has a pin-lock so no one can mess with your stuff while it's inside). Also, there is a Daily Yamazaki with fresh bread just around the corner.

It is conveniently located near the train station, the bus terminal to the airport, Don Quijote, and various other shops. United KingdomPicked this hotel mainly for its location, just a couple of blocks from Hisaya Odori Park and the Mirai Tower. Fantastic value given that location, and the fact that despite picking a smaller and cheaper room (it was the cheapest place I stayed on my trip, at £44 for a night), it was much more spacious than expected, and several storeys up with a decent view. The check-in process was easy and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has no parking if you're arriving by car - I'd recommend parking in one of the underground parking lots underneath the large park/plazas off Hisaya-odori and walking the 10 minutes or so to the hotel.

PhilippinesSince it is nearby pubs, sometimes i can encounter drunk and noisy locals outside the hotel. Wifi at night become unstable. Some nights i hear people outside of my room, talking loudly.
Neaby train station if you’re located at sakae. Less than 1 min of walk to don quiote,less than 10 mins to mirai tower and oasis 21. Even if they dont serve breakfast, it has nearby convenience stores that you can buy food. It has a microwave oven on the 3rd floor.

Malaysiaa lot of garbage on the street. maybe because of new year celebrations and holiday, the authorities did not clean up the area.
The check in process was smooth. There is a free flow coffee machine at the lobby. we enjoyed the coffee and chocolate drinks. We arrived earlier but the staff was kind and they keep and stored our luggage before the check in time so that we can go for sightseeing. The hotel provided us with free amenities such as toiletries , skin care and hair clip and a variety of tea! hotel room are very clean and facilities are superb. It is near to a lot of shops and game stores . and also near to oasis 21 airport bus terminal. Highly recommended and will definitely come again.

JapanWifi was a little spotty sometimes. The double room is very small for 2 people. The step to the bathroom is quite high & not very friendly to those with mobility issues, so take note! Also, wish there was free water.
Location was good but surrounded by bars so the streets can get very dirty with trash and crowded. Not the hotel's fault but it can feel sketchy sometimes. Amenity bar was good & free coffee/cocoa in the mornings and afternoons.
