Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

For such a big hotel, there were only two washing machines and two dryers which could be used only after retrieving keys from the reception. The staff was using translators to communicate with us, but they understood us well.
Really spacious room for Japan, with its own hallway, separate toilet and both shower and bathtub. In the bedroom, we even had a small sofa. The hotel felt luxurious and was aesthetically pleasing. Very tasty breakfasts with many options to choose from. Good location - walk distance to all main attractions.

A simple room with great use of space. Great location, in easy walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Great restaurants nearly, very reasonably priced and staff were so helpful.

A solid 15 minute walk from the Peace Memorial Museum which felt a little long after multiple trips back and forth.
Great location to the station! Really nice facilities and the breakfast is fantastic!

It's better if the hotel gives the detailed directions how to get it from the Hiroshima station.
Many departments stores & convenient shops around the hotel. 15 minutes of walk to the historical places of Hiroshima. Free Coffee at the terrace is excellent!

Location is near the bus/tram lines, and a 15 minute walk to the nearby gardens and castle. The room itself is modern and tidy. It is a little weird to have separate toilet, shower, and sink areas, as this probably cuts down on the available luggage storage space. Bed was comfy, and I enjoyed the choice of pillows.

The hotel is close to a tram stop. The staff were very helpful and professional. Our average sized but clean and tidy 12th floor room had a view of the city streetscape. PJs were provided.

Everything was perfect.
Location is perfect, on a main street and very close to the main center. Staff was friendly, they were able to provide information about the city and also arrange a quiet room since we were arriving late on a weekend and were really tired.

Good location and is close to a street car stop. Both the bed and the pillows were super comfy and well appreciated after a long day of exploring Hiroshima. Nice clean and modern rooms.

The only issue would be the courtesy coffee in the lobby. Machine fails frequently and the portion is too small.
Great location, good sized rooms, very clean with good services on-site. Great upkeep. I definitely recommend staying here and would do so if we’re ever back. Beat value for money yet!

Quite new hotel in city centre of Hiroshima, close to shopping, restaurants, and short distance from JR station and sightseeing sites. Room is small but has everything needed, staff is friendly. Nice to have laundry in hotel. Breakfast is simple but meet all expectations (local food and continental breakfast).

The hotel is nicely located between the Peace Memorial Park and the train station. While walking toward one of the most tragically known landmarks on the planet, one can enjoy the covered street with businesses like restaurants, bars, arcades, shops, etc. The hotel staff is very accommodating and the rooms nice and neat.

Nothing we didn’t like.
Room and bed was very comfy - small but well laid out. Staff were helpful. Location was convenient to shopping and not too far to walk to the castle, Peace Dome, Art Gallery.
