Could not beat the location right in the centre of Dotonbori!! The staff were so lovely. Easy walking distance to train stations. The breakfast was good. Easy to get around. Luggage forwarding service was so easy at the reception desk.

the location was great. and its very close to namba station. getting to the airport was also close. room size was just nice for 2 people. amenities provided daily. there was daily cleaning service that you can opt out of.

Location is superb. Short walk to metro subway or JR Namba Line. Lots of eateries downstairs. 24-hr convenience stores a stone's throw away. The 3 beds side by side easily fitted my family of 4 for many nights of good sleep. Hot water shower is reliable for the cold autumn weather.

Would have preferred if there was a place to refill water on each floor instead of having to go all the way down to the lobby.

Location was extremely convenient. The shower room's humidifier was very good, ensured that I would dry quickly. Very useful during cold weather! Liked the long sofa and hangers to help with laying things out.

The room is tiny. Enough for 1 person, but 2 would be bumping into each other every now and then. Not enough floor space to open a suitcase to take out clothes. No shelves for clothes Coffee could have been better The bathroom door when swung open blocks access to the entrance and the clothes rack. A sliding door would be a more reasonable solution

Easy check-in and out process. Firm check-in at 2 pm and had a numbered system for those waiting to do so. Check-out was done electronically and was quick and easy.

We arrived 10mins before checkin and they told us to take a seat till 2pm which is checkin even though the staff were waiting at desk. They never smiled or acknowledged anyone like other hotels in Japan

Truly in the middle of the heart of Osaka. Still, it felt very quiet. Breakfast was good and so was the free coffee in the lobby. They offer free wine on the evening, but we were usually out and didn’t take advantage. They also offered free razors, makeup removers, lotions, and bath minerals, which was really nice. I’d advise them to put them in the room instead as I saw someone grab a handful. 😕

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. When my curling iron didn't work, they promptly provided me with a spare one at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning!

This is something that I've found to be an issue at most hotels we've stayed at in Japan, but the on-site laundry machines are limited in quantity and don't seem very effective. At one point I wash/dried just one single sweater, and after an hour and a half it was still damp. It's not a deal breaker, but definitely something to consider while planning a longer trip. We just ended up walking a few blocks to a 24/7 laundromat.

This hotel was truly in the heart of Namba. You take two steps out of the front door and you're in the middle of the action. Yet despite it's proximity to Dotonbori, everything from the lobby of the hotel to the room is so quiet. The room was clean, the staff was extremely helpful, and the location just couldn't be beat. There's a breakfast buffet that offers both western and Japanese options that we enjoyed a few mornings. Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

The hotel is right off dotonbori so it is a busy area however, the room was very quiet! Lots of food options around the hotel and around the corner from the glico screen. Lots to do around the hotel that will keep you busy.

The room is quite small. It would have been fine if we didn't have 2 large suitcases with us but we were there for the shopping so at one point, my husband and I had to take turns going around the room because its a squeeze having our suitcases open and the both of us trying to fix our stuff, get our clothes, etc

Smack in the middle of the action in Dotonbori - Namba walk is 5min away, foodstalls and restaurants are right outside the hotel entrance, a Family Mart is just across the street, Don Qui is on the next street, Shinsaibashi-Suji shopping and Glicoman is a 10min walk away...you can't ask for anything more central than Forza Hotel. The staff are polite, the lobby is exquisitely decorated, there's free coffee and hot chocolate, free toiletries (including facial wash and face lotion) and everything is well-maintained. If we're going back to Osaka, we'll book this hotel again.
