How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

There could have been more hooks to hang towels.
The room and the bed were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. It was clean. With the couch in the room, you were invited to spend time there, not just sleep.

Nothing for me.
- Very helpful staff with good level of English - Great location, 6-7 mins walk to Fushimi station - Spacious room in my opinion. A bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower - Make a room everyday - Lots of eating choices around the area e.g. Hinoya, Yayoikaiten, Cafe de crea. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an affordable hotel with specious room not far from Nagoya Station. I'll definitely stay here again if I visit Nagoya in the future.

Staffs of the receiving desk are all friendly and professional, also the diner waiters are really cute and kind. Hotel provides variety of supplies like bath additive, cleansing cream and lotion, even the mouthwash.

The hotel was a good 15 minute walk from the train station but we found it easily enough. The room was comfortable, staff were friendly and there was access to cafes/restaurants nearby.

Slightly overpriced for facilties
Functional hotel in central Nagoya. Plenty of restaurants close to the hotel. Simple but nice breakfast and lunch in hotel restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.

Feels very aged. Stains found on the walls, the chair and a corner of the sheets. Not dramatic but enough to make you feel it’s age and be a little uncomfortable. For the price - I would easily choose elsewhere
Spacious bathroom and bench space. Albeit a 15 minute walk from Nagoya station, it was an easy walk (all flat, no uphill). Decent service altho very minimal touch points to really comment on service

Tad pricey for Nagoya

Good location, very close to the train station. The pleople are friendly, the room is confort, clean and quiet. I liked that the bathroom has a shower and bathtub. I recomend to stay. The breakfast buffet is also good.

Location is a bit far from city center. A shuttle bus or van to the city center would be a great benefit to guests especially during raining days.

The staff does their best but they are not very capable. Even simple requests like booking a taxi or asking for breakfast vouchers were met with blank stares. More often than not, help from a senior manager was requested by the staff.
Location is convenient, 5 minutes away from the Fushimi subway station and 15 minutes on foot from Nagoya. The hotel is quite new so all the facilities are brand new.

The AC seems to be centrally controlled (this is what I was told, when I went to talk to them to figure out why I cannot lower the temperature in my room). They set it for me to the temperature I asked them to set it to after that, so it was not a big deal.
I needed to be close to the train station, and this hotel is. You could actually walk to/from the station, although I would not recommend it in 94-degree weather. Also, it seems to be close to all the places where people are going out, but it was very quiet.
