Location is fantastic and there's a city mall across the street. Keihan line is in the eyesight from the hotel. Room is a bit small but as expected for Japanese hotels. Smart TV is a huge plus for me - youtube available and casting from cell phone is great. Everything was pretty new and clean.

- Modern hotel. Room was small but enough for two. The control display at the bedside was very useful. - Generally very clean - Good location, 15 minutes on foot to Osaka Castle and right next to a bigger train station - Breakfast was nice but will get very crowded after 8am What bothered us: - Street was pretty loud at times, even on the 7th floor where we stayed and with windows closed - Staff was friendly but overall very poor English skills. Some had to use a translation device for simple requests but they at least tried, others pretty much gave up right away and told us to come back later. We would have expected a bit more from receptionists in a hotel with lots of international tourists.

Hotel is modern and very clean but quite compact which is typical of most Japanese hotel rooms. Beds and pillows are very firm. Across the road from the train and subway lines with plenty of shopping and restaurant and cafe options nearby. Within walking distance to Osaka Castle which was lovely. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Great location, right next to the station and the subway. Theoom is very very small (you couldn’t possibly open your bigger luggage). Breakfast was really tasty. Room was CLEAN! Communication in English was sometimes a bit difficult - But in the end, they were very helpful.

Didn’t like that when I put the eco cleaning they didn’t do the beds. So I had to tell that the next day they make sure they make the beds. If I only wanted to remove the bin and change the towels I’d go to a Airbnb.

Only thing would be the laundry, only because we had to wait a long time for other guests to collect their washing or dried clothes. Which then meant they would hog the machine they were using. The staff were kind enough to empty people’s clothes out when they weren’t collected.

It was great! Close to the station. They gave free amenities at the lobby. Pjs and slippers in the room, as well as free water.

The location is great. Well connected to the metro. Also, the hotel is next to the station that takes you to Kyoto. The room was well equipped and comfortable.

Flexible reception, and really kind staff. Western style breakfast had hundreds of options. The location was phenomenal. Two huge stations nearby, one metro and one railway. Straight railway line to Kyoto within 5 minutes of walk. Osaka castle 15 min walk, Umeda Skybuilding and Dotombori just an hour walk or 20 min metro. Smart, clean and well equipped rooms with a big and comfortable bed. Really loved our stay.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The location is great - nice and quiet despite being right next to a train station. Feels very safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was as described, clean and beautifully designed. It's incredible actually, to notice how much the design of a room impacts your stay. The bed was very comfortable. Great under-bed storage, which utilises the floor space well. Pillows were a bit firm for us, but that's a personal preference. Shower was great, with reliable hot water. Big bottle soaps were provided, so no wasteful miniatures. The WiFi was excellent. The air-conditioning was very quiet, efficient and easy to adjust. Minifridge worked well. Adequate working space with a desk and chair. Good laundry facilities. Breakfast was very nice, a big buffet with a wide variety of freshly cooked Asian and Western style foods. Luggage storage was available and efficient, which we appreciated. There is a Family Mart right around the corner from the hotel, which is very useful. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

the only thing was the pillows on the bed were pretty uncomfortable, the bed itself was fine, but the pillows weren’t great. That’s probably more a personal preference too so may not be an issue for everyone. Everything else was great!

the location is perfect, right across the road from a train station makes it super convenient. Check in and out were quick and easy, and the place was nice :)

Literally cannot fault this. Amazingly helpful staff, amazing location (view over Osaka skyline from the 17th floor and possibility to see Osaka Castle from the hallway), huge room with everything you would need, comfy beds, perfect location next to Tenmabashi station. 10 across the board, already decided they we will try to stay at this hotel again for a future holiday
