It is clean overall, but the room and bathroom could smell a bit more fresh. Some appliances in the room had a bit of dust

Be warned although there is parking the spaces are very small! We were ok with a small Nissan but larger cars may have an issue. The washing is a lot more expensive than other areas of Japan we have stayed including Tokyo & Hiroshima. The washing & Drying machines are separate so you have to go up and down a lot and it has to be paid by card so not as convenient as other hotels. However, I must note, I still do appreciate this service being offered!

As expected with other Keihan hotels we’ve stayed at, this is a great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Reasonable value. Good amenities. Regular cleaning, towel & rubbish changes. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are a very reasonable size for Japan. This hotel has parking and laundry services. It’s close to a number of train lines for easy access around Osaka and further afield

This property is exceptional! It had every facility required for a comfortable stay, and the variety of amenities made us feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Housekeeping were exceptional with their work, and very accomodating to our requests. The hotel was in the perfect location, situated close to many 24 hour marts, eateries and opposite a mall & train station which took us to the city centre (Dotonbori). It is also a 15 minute walk from Osaka Castle. Front desk were very professional and incredibly friendly! We found it very affordable as well! Definitely a 10/10, highly recommend.

Why is the air conditioning reduced every night? Middle of the night when the room needs to be cold? This has been bad for a few nights of sleep

Central location, you can walk to the castle and the metro and train stops right in front of the hotel. Also, there is no noise from outside nor from the other rooms. Wifi works great as well!

Room was really small. even we couldnt open our luggage correctly abd bed was really mini bed. we had to change the room from second night because it was too small. Personel they were nice and they helped us to attach beds to have more space.

Cleaning was only taking place at 10 am. I am almost never out of my room by then and so I wasn't able to use their cleaning service at all.

Amazing hotel close to the station. So clean, comfortable and modern decor. We are a family travelling around Japan from Australia for 2 weeks and we all agreed this was our favourite hotel for the holiday.

The location was very good. Just opposite a mall which had a subway station. Hotel rooms were clean and they provided a good breakfast with variety to choose from. The best part I liked was that the hotel provided all the bathroom amenities in the lobby to take it in your room as you like.

We loved this hotel. A terrific place to use as a jumping of point for our short visit to Osaka. The room was very comfortable and the location was great, with many restaurants in the area and very easy access to public transit. The included breakfast was quite good, with a selection of Japanese and North American foods. As a special note: we stayed here both before and after our walk of the Kumano Kodo pilgrimage and the hotel very generously agreed to hold our luggage over the week we were walking. This saved us the hassle and money of trying to find storage and was greatly appreciated.

I loved that the hotel was very new and clean. The design is also very new and modern. The location is very conveniently in front of the subway station and Keihan mall which has lots of dining and shopping choices. It's also near Osaka Castle.
