a tiny thing is that the sink was a bit clogged, we informed the front desk they said they’d check on it but throughout our stay the sink stayed clogged;(

location is super good right across from train station and next to osaka castle, staff was really friendly always happy to help, and the room was clean and comfortable

The bed was a little bit hard and the breakfast could use some more breads as alternatives for breakfast. As well as outlets on both sides of the bed.

The staff were all super nice, the room looked nice in general, great location in front of the station and close to stores and restaurants.

As a family of 3, we got the triple room. So it was a squeeze. Best to pack light with small luggages as there’s little room for storage. (We had 2 medium size & 2 hand carries).

1. Good firm beds - can sleep well :) 2. Strong water pressure for a good shower after a long day 3. Mineral water “boxes” 4. Strong attempts to conserve environment eg ecocleaning 5. Location :ideal for those who want to stay near the Osaka Castle Park (10-15 min leisure walk) . Also a hop across Tenmabashi Metro / Keihan City Mall. “Behind” it is the Okawa River / pier - timely river cruise to view plum / cherry blossoms which will be in full bloom soon. Walking along the river pier also a good option to view blossoms. 6. Helpful staff.

very small rooms. we booked a room for 3 people but it was basically the same size as a 2 person room and didn't have any space to open our bags.

The room was spacious enough to open up two large suitcases which is not as common in Japan. It was great that the toilet, bathroom sink and actual bathroom were separate too. Everything was clean and it was a pleasant stay. Staff were very accommodating, they even filled out our forms for us when we transported our luggage to another hotel in Tokyo! Would stay again.

Bed was a little hard and pillows were a little hard but im pretty sure that’s how all hotels are in Japan. It’s understandable. And I’m a big guy, so the room was kind of small but it was manageable.

Great location and staff! And had a washer dryer unit that linked to the tv so we could see when it was available.

The pillow is a bit low. The thermos and water cups can be a bit cleaner but overall it doesn't affect too much. It will be 100% perfect if both are improved.

The overall experience is very good, with convenient transportation, quiet and comfortable surroundings. The toiletries are very good, and the bathtub is a bonus. The cups could be a bit cleaner, but it doesn't significantly affect the overall experience. I may want to stay here again and choose a larger room!

A little bit on the expensive side if your trip is not paid by the organization, otherwise a good place to stay.

The location is good; there is a subway station across the road and a few convenient stores and restaurants. Cleanliness is perfect, and room service is great! All amenities are present. However, toilet paper, which seems to be single-ply, can be improved.

Size of the room and especially the double bed, that is rather a big single bed.

Location is absolutely perfect, close to underground lines and Osaka castle. Housekeeping is doing a great job, room was spotlessly clean. Nice breakfast, however the same was offered during our three days.

The room was really clean and comfortable. I left a new phone and some other small items and they gladly offered to send or safe keep it so that I could claim it on my upcoming visit in Osaka. Wonderful !!

The in room safe is quite small.

Great location near the Osaka castle and public transport. Very compact room with all you need. Great view from top floor of city and castle. Breakfast selection and venue were excellent with helpful staff.

I've travelled for years across Asia and this hotel is no fancy Hilton, but I couldn't fault a single thing. Definitely recommended

This hotel turned out to be an excellent choice. The room was bigger than it seemed in the pics and was really quite comfortable. They gave us extra pillows, towels etc free on request. It's perfect for a single/couple and has everything you need. Directly across the road are supermarkets, minimarts, bottle shops, a multi-story mall, the subway/train, Starbucks (but Toraja in the mall makes better espresso!). It's easy walking distance to a JR station (Osakatemmangu), Osaka Castle and lots of good food. You can get to Shin-Osaka, Umeda or Namba from here easily in 15-30 mins, or Kyoto in 45-60 minutes. And as it's not in the crazy busy areas you can get a good sleep!

Love pretty much everything.

The hotel was very clean and have enough space for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young children). It's also a strone throw from the nearest station and there's a mall across the street. Osaka castle is within walking distance. The neighbourhood area is quiet and comfortable, but that also means there's nothing much to do at night. Breakfast was simple but good enough. There are Japanese as well as western options available in the buffet line.
