This was one of my favorite hotels we stayed during Japan trip! The room was SO spacious and inexpensive! Very beautiful decor and tons of amenities! Was across street from station and mall! Quieter area of Osaka. I can't rave about this place more. Best bathroom and fastest wifi. Staff spoke englilsh and was super friendly. Helped out with luggage delivery to a very rural area of Japan. I cannot recommend this place enough! You get the biggest bang for your buck here. The beds were also the comfiest we had. Spent time in Osaka, Tokyo, and Kyoto, and Gifu area. Very modern while keeping that traditional Japanese touch. Will definitely stay anytime I go back to Japan .

Check in was made through a computer which can be confusing to some people, however, staff was available to help in case of any difficulty.

Located right next to the metro station, with a stunning view to the city (in one of the windows you can see the Osaka Castle). Wonderfull breakfast, very tidy rooms (small but very well organised) and big bathroom. Wonderfull staff that are available to help you every time you need them to.

Breakfast was normal business hotel fare. Probably better off exploring around to see if there's anything else you'd prefer. The mall across the road is convenient, Keihan City Mall, includes a Daiso, Uniqlo, GU, restaurants on the top floor.

The breakfast was pretty sad, compared to the amazing food in the rest of Japan. We tried it out 1 day, but glad we didn't add it to our booking beforehand. Just go outside and eat somewhere authentic ;)

This hotel really took us by surprise. We got a great deal through Booking.com, because it seems like it is quite a fancy hotel normally. The room was great, pretty spacious, and everything about it worked nicely. The AC was comfortable, right humidity for nice sleep, and the moodlights at the headboard of the bed was a nice touch. The bed itself was also good! The hotel is directly across the street from the metro station, which takes you down to Dotonbori with only a brisk walk, or to Osaka station from where you can go anywhere else. The area is lively without being hectic, and there is a Uniqlo/GU in the mall across the street.

Room too small. Our triple bed room was too small for 3 people. There's no more room for baggages, no joke.

The laundry was online phone-pay only, which made it impossible for us to use as our foreign cards wasn’t accepted for some reason. If they added the possibility to pay by card on site or by cash then I would have no complaints at all!

It’s pretty close to temmabashi station, so convenient to connect to everywhere if you travel in osaka And they provide the microwave and iron, which sometimes are not prepared in other hotels

Very tight room with three beds - not much room for 3 large bags. Minor & manageable though.

Great location across from train station, near shops & close to Osaka Castle. Comfortable beds, great little bath tub.

Be warned although there is parking the spaces are very small! We were ok with a small Nissan but larger cars may have an issue. The washing is a lot more expensive than other areas of Japan we have stayed including Tokyo & Hiroshima. The washing & Drying machines are separate so you have to go up and down a lot and it has to be paid by card so not as convenient as other hotels. However, I must note, I still do appreciate this service being offered!

As expected with other Keihan hotels we’ve stayed at, this is a great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Reasonable value. Good amenities. Regular cleaning, towel & rubbish changes. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are a very reasonable size for Japan. This hotel has parking and laundry services. It’s close to a number of train lines for easy access around Osaka and further afield

This property is exceptional! It had every facility required for a comfortable stay, and the variety of amenities made us feel at home. The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Housekeeping were exceptional with their work, and very accomodating to our requests. The hotel was in the perfect location, situated close to many 24 hour marts, eateries and opposite a mall & train station which took us to the city centre (Dotonbori). It is also a 15 minute walk from Osaka Castle. Front desk were very professional and incredibly friendly! We found it very affordable as well! Definitely a 10/10, highly recommend.

The hotel's amenities and the location was amazing. The laundry was cashless transaction, but easy to use. The bathroom and shower room was separate.

Why is the air conditioning reduced every night? Middle of the night when the room needs to be cold? This has been bad for a few nights of sleep
