AustraliaI booked a twin room for our family of four; booking.com indicated that was appropriate. But the beds were really designed for one person. Good thing our kids are still small. But that's not the hotel's fault, a twin room is a twin room! Still a nice room.
Great stay on our last evening in Japan. Ready to take the shuttle bus to the airport. Staff were friendly, the buffet dinner was great. Kids enjoyed the pool. Nice to have a convenience store in the hotel to get snacks for the plane.

AustraliaThe pillows were very hard. I'm not sure if this is a Japanese preference, and the hotel might have other options, but we only stayed one night and didn’t ask.
The hotel offers a great free shuttle service to both the mall and airports, with pickups approximately every 30 minutes, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was nice, clean, and somewhat comfortable for our family of five. The bathroom was well-stocked with lots of amenities, including razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and more. The à la carte restaurant was a good, offering plenty of Western options, which was especially convenient after arriving on our first night and settling into the hotel and trying to get our bearings.

PhilippinesThe AC cannot be adjusted. They are on centralized heater when we checked-in. It was too hot for us, they asked us to open the windows to let the cool air come inside the room. we have 2 children with us (both below 6 years old), opening the windows without any grills was unsafe for the kis considering we are on the 9th floor.
Very close to Narita Airport. Their shuttle service is excellent. We love the family mart, onsen, and massage chairs in the hotel.

SwitzerlandThe pool should open at 6am and close at 10pm so people can enjoy it longer. With the jet lag and travel schedule, it would be more interesting for the international travelers who stay only one night.
Great confortable hôtel. Everything you need when you arrive or leave Japan. Super close to the airport. Very convenient with the Family Mart inside the lobby. Very confortable room and bathroom. With a nice view. Loved the pool too! Wish I stayed longer to have time to go to the gym and sauna.

Very clean ! Has everything one needs for resourcing before or after a long flight, or like me, waiting for a flight that got delayed. Gym, pool, massage, sauna and free shuttle to the mall or train station…amazing! Restaurant and convenient store in the hotel and a lovely garden with waterfalls and bridges to be in touch with nature and walk around meditatively…❤️ and massage chairs for 100¥ for 10 minutes massage at the entrance of the spa, if you don’t have the budget or time for the real thing😜.
