AustraliaRooms were just on the too small size for having a family of five trying to stay together. The washing machines and dryers were constantly busy - only two of each available for the entire hotel to use.
Fantastic location, convenient to get to the train station and restaurants. Actually very quiet for how close the hotel is to a busy train station and restaurant area. Felt absolutely safe walking around at night with a young family looking at parks, cherry blossoms, and shrines that are tucked away in little back streets everywhere. All the locals were lovely and friendly.

PhilippinesThe foreign staff are too cold and doesn't give extra care. We asked for extra Pillow and blanket and they keep on insisting that the items inside the room will suffice. We don't mind paying for extra if needed but the way they talk to us and assist us its as if we don't understand english nor japanese.
We love how accessible it is to Kanayama Station.

AustraliaHad to approach reception for a pillow as there was only one on bed, took a while for staff to understand and provide the pillow, I was very tired. Also not as many amenities provided as the APA we had stayed in. No baggage storage so had to pay for coin lockers at station.
Conveniently located near train station for our late night check in. Good for a budget hotel one night stay, wouldn’t want to stay longer.

PhilippinesWould appreciate some friendlier staff. Room heater was quite uncomfortable that we had to open our window to get some cold air.
Location is a 5-minute walk from Kanayama station, which can usually get you to another Nagoya spot in 1 train ride. Daily cleaning is available so we get fresh towels everyday (not sure about the sheets, though). Family Mart is a few steps away. Price is quite reasonable.

United StatesThe one thing I really disliked about the place is I don’t smoke and I have asthma. They put me and my family on a floor next to a room where they allowed smoking. I think for future separate the smoking floor from a non smoking floor.
